My left nipple is no longer just puffy, I can literally feel the tissue around it getting larger when I put my hand over it. It's still not visible, but it's starting to grow. This is on 3 weeks of HRT, I wonder what will happen after 3 months.
I hope it does not grow too fast, I'm not prepared to hide it from others so soon lol.

Yes, you can get surgery. It's actually cheaper then a hair transplant lol. Especially in Eastern Europe or the Balkans.
But you need to find a good surgeon so they remove everything, you don't want to regrow breasts again after a surgery. Or you could do what I do, that is high E2 dose, stay active, slim and healthy. They should not grow too big with that kind of approach.
I don't really care at this point anyway, the only reason I cared is because I was afraid what others will say. Now I don't give a crap anymore, I will simply wear a bra. And if somebody asks I will tell them it's gyno due to hormonal imbalance.

If i add cypro 12.5 mg along dutasteride and finasteride i will still get gyno?You might, there is talk in trans circles about CPA speeding up breast growth. You could always wear a sports bra, or a gyno compression binder made for men.i really like sports that is why i don't want to have gyno.I am from the balkans
Most MTF HRT users don't even get big breast growth anyway, you should be ok if you know what you're doing.

-Breast growth is starting to take off, left nipple is no longer just puffy, the tissue feels bigger around it.
-OMG my skin is so soft! I sometimes feel like hugging my arms lol, it's so nice to touch!
-Sweat has lost the "male smell", I now smell more like a girl.
-My face looks a bit softer, less wrinkly.
-Mental effects are huge. I fell calm and peaceful 24/7. Also I noticed I am more open to others, less shy in conversation, more honest.
-I think the better sense of smell and more vivid colors is not placebo after all. The world feels much more real now.
-Dreams are still vivid, but also I noticed one more interesting thing. No nightmares at all since I started HRT, and I used to have them before like
every week.
-Sleep quality is even better, I fall asleep fast, and wake up feeling much more rested.

Yeah, I forgot to say this. This is really good advice.
@MylovelyHair all I got to say is don't fear Estrogen, there is a lot of fearmongering about it, some of it justified for cis males, but if you are willing to go as far as castration, I see no reason to fear the effects of Estrogen.

I have lost 30 pounds since going way down to ~3mg of oral min and I have verified that now, less weight = smaller breasts and ***. I might get the fat grafts so I am eligible for that. I might be headed for some time in residential treatment as my custody case has gone into full on WWIIII mode and it's hard to feel 16 psychologically and look young and be, if you do not feel safe in society. It's not just hasslers, or cops but it's ex-wives and females in general find trannies threatening for obvious reason. Trannies, me, we are still seen as garbage and cis-females are prized by society for pumping out the babies. There's huge anger on this site and ultimately we are all viewed as sub-human, baldies and trannies. Ultimately, people like me, know far more about exciting other XY's than any cis-female does. I know what to say and I memorize cis-females in all of their grunting, gasping glory and eh, service.
The irony here is that I still look far more attractive in my wigs and I enjoy them more than my new hair and hair makes the woman and it is exhilarating but it will take you at least 24 months to be the equal of a wig and in terms of movement and hair flips, you need your entire hair style tapered or bobbed down to well past the shoulders to do the hrmph! hair twist which is devastating to others when done right. Density of hair shafts takes a while too.

CPA.... I took this and finasteride for a few months prior to starting E. During that time I had no breast growth. But as Gergely mentions CPA will reduce all hormone production so it's not good in the long run, you probably won't feel very well and you may get things like osteoporosis.

there is a pill called divina where i live which is estrogen valereate or something like that is it ok to take?
3 months should be ok, but anything over that I would add Estrogen. It's safer, plus it's better for hair.
