I can do video, on shampo use. Quick ansvar is I use Revita 1 time and keep for 3 min. 6 - 7 times a week.

I have tried it, didn't feel any difference.

Good guess... ;)

Hehe. I'm traveling a lot, often 9 months at time. It is often the first time they see me and are surprised, afterwards it becomes normal again. And many of my friends have hair problems too now. I've tried to give suggestions to them, with mixed experiences. If they are not actively looking for solutions, they are often not willing to admit their problem.
You regrew your temples because of the minoxidil and dermaroller right? Or did the propecia help woth that? Was it mostly the dermarollin and minoxidil?

Hey Somebody :)
Great videos, keep it up. This helps many people alot!!

When you started your regime you did with just finasteride. Perhaps you can still remember how your situation was back then.

Some report that their itch goes away or at least gets less when they start fina. Was it the same for you or got it just better when you added the egg white mask, perillia...?

How long did it take for you personally till you saw any benefit from taking finasteride?

Is it also the same for you that itching and loosing hair goes hand in hand?

My situation at the moment:
finasteride since 5.5 month ... 1,25mg per day
regenepur dr since 3 months ... 1 times per week
perillia capsules since 1 month ... 1 capsule per day
egg white mask since 1 week ... 3 times per week

itching still persists :( ... and still shedding/loosing a lot of hair daily. hairline and temples are the worst. crown is good.
For me it's really difficult to know what I can expect. Any advise is very welcome.

Difficult to say, most of famillie members have strong hair. But there are few cases who don't.

I wash 6- 7 times per week. Since I use Dermaroller I need to do it often. I only use the dermaroller on clean scalp!

Thanks :)

Yes, becouse of combination between minoxidil and dermaroller(check timeline of my hair recovery). Proepecia aslo helped, but different, check my previous posts.

Cleaning dermaroller:
It's really hard to see the actual progress of temple regrowth in the timeline. Do you have any other good pics in order?

So you dermaroll daily? The people in the famous Indian study only did it once per week. What made you decide to do it so often?

How many Asian chicks have you boned?

Yes, only Propecia 0,5 mg and some supplements.

Yes, Propecia did help litle bit in beging. I didn't use egg mask or perilla before 4 years later. Was battling inflammation for many years, now it's fianly under control.

Around 7 months.

Yes, definitely.

I give a quick answer. The good thing is that if you can solve the inflammatory issue, it is possible to get back lost hair. There are two solutions. First solution is dermatologist who give you a prescription for cortisone. It is the fastest way to solve the problem. Cortisone cream or lotion will quickly take away inflammation. And in the meantime you can keep looking for natural ways to get it under control. Secound solution is to use everything that can reduce inflammation. For example, Omega 3, borage oil, perilla, ALA, neetle, optimally also taurine/lysine and diet (takes long time). I had also used regenepur Dr. everyday. Is your scalp from nature oily or dry?

Was not too keen to take pictures at the time. Has few, image from the middle stage. I never thought that I could get such good results, it came as a surprise. I attach 3 pictures from early 2014, but I don't think it helps that much.
So those pictures are when you already had regrowth on your temples? Because your temples look good in those.

Solid gains...

Balding would totally ruin you.

With hair you look young and fresh, gj.

As one lived in Asia for a few years – balding is death sentence there.

Also that last one says it's from 2013.
For me it just made more sense to do it lightly everyday. So far it has been working great.

Doesn't matter, we focus on hair loss.

Almost, I don't have any better pictures than that.
Can you give me a full description of what your temple regrowth was like, like when it started and how long it took. I've been doing this regimen for 3 months now and I see some new hairs, but they haven't really changed much by now.

I have been doing this for only a week and I intend to do it for at least 6 months. minoxidil says you should wait for 6 to 12 months. Hair cycle is long. None of us trying this may be able to say for sure that it's working until we have given it enough time.

Great videos! I am three weeks in on finasteride and have had no side effects to report so that is good - glad I am at least doing something new to my regimen. Appreciate all the time you spend on helping folks here.

A great result, really!!

But such results on finasteride are very very rare.

The most guys can be happy if the hair loss stops on finasteride.

that is really strange . but your result are amazing !
So minoxidil alone on top didn't produce result but adding minoxidil created great result .
There is no scientifical studies to explain that .

Phenomenal results!

Random question bUT how much sleep do you usually get per night?

Video ideas:

1. Supplements you use and what each is good for (including perilla)
2. Shampoos you use and how you use them
3. How to move on from hairloss after you are on treatments
4. How to keep up with regimens while traveling

This is nothing but over absorption of minoxidil. I've been feeling dizzy like a mofo recently so I stopped for 3 days and dizzyness went away. Then I remembered that last time I used minoxidil, I use to feel dizzy for the first couple of months before it went away completely. The same thing is happening, only worse.

So, I'm now only applying minoxidil on top left thinning spot.

Here is the pic of the region I will be applying minoxidil from now on for the next month. Then I will move to my hairline and then slowly entire head. I've asked this dude who grew one hell of a beard on his face using derma and then applying minoxidil right after and he said that he also felt a bit dizzy and sleepy in the beginning.

So, you all need to be careful and start slow. Use it on your worse part of the scalp and that should give you proof of concept if it works rather than jumping in and feeling like your are on drugs.

Pics below, as on 2/25/2017.
