I totally know how it feels. That what happened to me back in 2011. First is to stay calm, when you will be able to solve itching, your hair will come back. short term solution for itching is cortisone (best if you can get lotion) It's not ideal solution but it will work for you.
Check first hydrocortison! It's' very gentle and safe steroid, and won't do any damage to your skin. Try it for two weeks each day. After you can step it slowly down. I was using at (in 2011) first Clobetasol propionate it's very strong level of steriode. And it did take away itching from first application! But normally it's hard to get and doctors will deny receipt for it.
