Thank you. I think my hair have become more thick after sommer months. This is quite interesting because, I'm now more than 4 years into treatment. With other words minoxidil and finasteride don't lose effectiveness over time.

I got hair wash at hair salon (without shampoo) by cold water. They also apply hair spray to my hair after hair cut.

I found a 500g perilla extract on alibaba. I just don't know if it's legit or not. Debating on making the plunge.

Anyone else know of a legit (cheap) source for perilla? Most Asian markets in California are very expensive. You don't want to pay anything over $0.25/g in my opinion. Meaning $100 for 500g. At 2.5g a day.

I live in oc. Look for a vietnamese supermarket. From my experience they have it cheapest. Its called something like "rau tia to" in the viet markets. Each bundle I got was only like 99 cents or so. I initially went to a japanese market and they legit had like 12 leaves in a packet for 1.50 or so, wayyyy overpriced. Hope this helps

Yes, both white and yellow.

Yes, I try. And I like his idea about skipping breakfast in morning also having just two meals a day.

Yes, alcohol also increses my inflammation. The way I avoid it is by drinking beer. Can drink a lot of beer without a problem. Also wine is fine. But drinks and shots always makes inflammation for my scalp.

Yes. Definetly

It was bad... I was applying toppik at that time and it was possible to clearly see bald spots in day light. When 23 I was still not doing anything.
