Right on. Calisthenics can do wonders especially for people starting out. Have any experience with weights at all?? Nonetheless nothing like getting those endorphins flowing after a workout feels great.

mate im more into this for heatlh and fitness than because im going bald. i love it

ive tried the gym a few times in the past but that was purely for vanity and i hardly lasted long each time. it just bored me.

this is different now. its about feeling good. getting rid of stress. working up a sweat. f*****g wicked

crazy how i see working out now compared to before. i just did not get it at all.
