I forgot to mention an important one - increased hormone levels. 60mg-120mg causes a 13%-26% increase in testosterone in men. It varies depending on the study. I haven't found data for 30mg, presumably less.
I also haven't found DHT level changes. Normally DHT will go up with T. If your anti-androgens are working then it's not a problem but if you're only borderline maintaining then it might be an issue. With duta DHT should remain suppressed since it blocks all types of 5ar, with fina you'll get a slight increase. DHTcel is on duta so I think he'll be fine.
This is an educated guess but it seems like DHT rises at about half the rate as T. I'm basing that off a bicalutamide study that included DHT. If that's the case then with a 13%-26% increase in T from raloxifene we'll probably see a 7%-13% increase in DHT on 60-120mg ralox. That's without 5ar-inhibitors.
