the drug is really **** powerful, aint touching it again until after I test ru58841 and topical bica@Maave
I read a little about this drug, if i understand it only block the androgen receptor without affecting testosterone levels, however it can cause gyne and sexual dysfunction.
If works on the androgen receptor the benefits for hairs are only a super high prevention of hairs loss or it can also regrowth hairs like spironolactone do ?
And what about using it topically in the scalp ? Can cause the same systemic effects ?
I cant take either finas and dutasteride for some strange allergy so maybe this drug could be a good alternative for me
It'll have the same hair benefits as spironolactone, probably better. Prevention vs regrowth seems to depend on the person and the strength of treatment. Bica is definitely strong. I'm getting temple regrowth. I chose bica because the only common side effect is gyno, which can be counteracted with SERMs or surgery.@Maave

Topical does work but still might cause gyno. Hemingway used it topically and said it was super effective but still got nip sensitivity. He switched to topical darolutamide which is also in the same class as bica and RU but with a higher binding affinity (good for topicals) and lower half life. The downside is that darolutamide (and enzalutamide) can cause anxiety through off-target GABA-A interaction.
