Nah, I disagree. Almost nobody would notice that that is a hair transplant. It's a pretty nice soft result. In fact I know this almost for certain based on my interactions with people from 5-6 months in when my hair transplant wasn't even fully matured. I thought people would notice, but literally nobody peaked above with their eyes to have a look at my hairline. This was a whole different fashion when I had my baldite NW3 temples and had a swooping hairstyle to the side to cover my temples. Sometimes I would interact with people and they would look at my baldite temples, especially when I had thin weak brittle hair. You know they would shift from eye contact to have a peak at my hairline.

Now I don't have it at all when interacting. This means that it flows naturally and there isn't something "off" for people to notice. Meanwhile aesthetics are enhanced by framing my face. I'm fairly sure the same would apply to the guy in the movie.

And remember he was totally bald in the frontal area. No native hair or frontal forelock to back his hair transplant up aside from some sh*t hair from a botched hair transplant.
Post pics. Most hair transplant hairlines i've seen look like sh*t.

I have a topic somewhere in the hair transplant section too, look it up. A hair transplant needs to flow well naturally. If it doesn't, people will see something is "off" and will glance up to your hairline.

jealous of your result. pretty much a NW4. that forelock was like bum fluff tier hair

Went from a thin bald man to a normal head of hair. The power of good donor!

Awesome results. Who was your surgeon?

And how much did it cost? Im strongly considering a transplant in the future. I have only frontal loss with no loss at the crown or mid-scalp so I figure I am a decent candidate.

A little bit over 5000 euro. Pretty damn cheap :D. It was including everything, aside from the flight ticket.

Where does that guy live? Im on France. Isn't anyone good in here? Im sick of seeing how you have to flight to Canada or some odd shithole like Turkey. I don't believe those are the only good surgeons on the planet.

What about the donor area tho, if you buzz it short is it noticeable? Having good hair is to have a pompadour hairstyle or something like that, and those require fadded sides.

So the dude who pulled off that masterpiece has been putting out sub-par work of late? That's a shame. He'd definitely be doing himself a favor by showcasing your results to potential patients, if he isn't already.

Wow Swoop, that cost is absolutely nothing compared to the ridiculous hair transplant prices here in the US. How many grafts did you have? And are you on finasteride?

What you're saying is broscience. Transplanted hairs remain for life, unless your donor thins too, but it's rare.

Agreed, I believe when they transplant hair it's the whole follicle, in which determines it's chances of miniaturise. i.e. if it wouldn't miniaturise on the back of your head it won't anywhere else.

Turkey. I don't know anyone in France. Your best option is Belgium or Turkey man. Donor area looks good, just less dense. I haven't buzzed it really short yet though.

Yeah it's very cheap. Came out less than 2$/graft including everything. You can bet to at least pay $6 per graft in NA with FUE if not more?

I cycle RU58841 and finasteride, not simultaneously.

Interesting...so have you established you're a good responder to both? I think I'd be too nervous to fiddle with my regimen like that if one thing was clearly working.

Indeed, there are dozens of examples among celebrities who had hair transplants 10, 20 years ago, their transplanted hairs are still there.

These hairs from your donor could be transplanted to your butt and they still would never thin.
Celebs are on finasteride.
I've seen hair transplants weaken over time. I don't believe the hairs become immortal.

So what I was saying, shitholes. How come there are no quality surgeons in nice places like Paris, Milano or Barcelona? For f***'s sake.

Can you try buzzing your sides? Haircuts that aren't fashionable hairstyles like the ones male models and soccer players get are lame tbh, if you have hair get an aesthetic hairstyle, long sides suck, that's also why im not sure about hair transplant's due donor area getting fucked.

Why don't you take finasteride and RU at the same day? How do you cycle specifically and what doses? Do you use minoxidil with the RU?
I was also considering adding RU 2 or 3 times a week to cycle with the finasteride, I don't want to overdo the RU as im not sure if it's safe to use chronically. I was thinking 2ml day 2 ml night a couple times a week, 5% from K&B's solution, or maybe even go with 8%. 2ml should be enough to cover the scalp, or do I need to dilute it with minoxidil or something? I've always used foam and nothing else so im not sure if 2ml of liquid is enough to cover the scalp.

Honestly Swoop, your results do look awesome. Normally I am a critic of hair transplant's because most of the time they just transform a bald man into a thinning man (unless the guy already has lots of hair to begin with). But yours really does look awesome and you must feel great about it. Unfortunately, I cannot take finasteride so if I got an hair transplant, I would be unable to maintain the native hair surrounding the transplanted hair.

It's interesting how your procedure was so inexpensive yet the ones here in NA are so ridiculously expensive. Why is that?

perhaps the artificial hair apparatus is your best approach if you want hair.

It comes with complications, but you will have hair if that's what you want.

There are good surgeons in all of the cities you mentioned. However, they are not as "famous" as in Canada or Turkey.
Why? Because they do not do the famous "megasessions". They have a more conservative approach (maybe because Europe is a conservative continent?) and will give you 2x2000 grafts rather than a 1x4000.
So, in most hairloss national forums, they are never cited. Most "candidates" want all of their hair back NOW and would never consider a partial mid result.
The problem is that these exigent candidates who like to badmouth European surgeons never fly to Canada or Turkey anyways.

You don't get it you sluthater?! These hairs are immune to DHT. What did you think? That DHT is only present in the balding areas?! There are studies about this. If your transplanted hairs fall, it's just your donor that is thinning, which is quite rare.
Show me the data that confirms transplanted hairs will not weaken overtime.
