If it helps, I am trying to use minoxidil now with a steroid and have tretinoin added so it only has to be applied once a day(that means less alcohol on skin). The alcohol dries the skin so now I wet my hair when I can and wear a shower cap for awhile to lock in moisture. Hair and scalp stays wet for hours this way. I have only been doing this routine for a week now, so can’t say yet if it’s working. My hair is completely destroyed from previous scalp irritation. The dermatologist I seen was a retard(like all dermatologist) and wouldn’t give me duta. I also learned that the ethanol can be converted into acetaldehyde in the skin which is a carcinogen. Cysteine has been shown do block or reduce this toxin.

I've been on finasteride 9.5 months and receded from a Norwood 2.5 to almost a Norwood 4. Crown is way worse too. I don't have pics from before, but I remember having much better density and my temples were smaller.

I just shed and shed and shed and it never seems to come back. I feel you man.

I also started out with min (5 months on the crown, 2 on the hairline) and quit after starting finasteride. I wonder if I poisoned my follicles and they'll never grow again...

Wow, its truly over for some of us. My shedding happens all over my scalp with the most happening on sides and back.. dutasteride isn't working, its been 18 months..

It's over.
Your body is trying to tell you to transition. Balding is a symptom of gender dysphoria, real men are fine with going bald. You were never meant to be a man in the first place and your body is just having adverse reactions to androgens. Please listen to your body and get on estrogen while you still can.

Same to me. I am with a nuclear stack and getting miniaturization on temples and diffuse hair loss all over the top of my scalp. I feel you, when you are doomed you can't do anything but watch your hair disappear..

Dude 4real ur probably messing with your body/hormonal levels too much. I would just do oral and topical finasteride combination+oral minoxidill thats it. Thats my current regiment. Hrt clearly isnt worth it anymore for you BRO.

What? How are real men fine with going bald if, like myself, it makes them go from being very good looking to looking like sh*t? Yeah, I'm fine with it! I love going from women flirting with me to thinking I'm a gross pedophile! Cause I'm a man!

Literally lol, hair saves me form being a subhuman creep.
There is something to the "get jacked grow a beard" theory. But, mine is much better. It's "become an animal, grow a beard, stop giving a f*** about everyone" theory. By become an animal, I mean run, play sports, whatever until you feel like you're going to die. Nowadays I enjoy staring down the soft fat middle aged dads as I run four miles in a hooded sweatshirt on a 90 degree day.

Naw that sounds miserable. I want to be liked in life too. Being shunned by everyone sounds like a nightmare
