Yeah pretty sure McConaughey hasn't grown tits. Maybe he is just a super responder to finasteride and minoxidil though. I personally think he has had a hair transplant but I can't confirm this of course. He has shilled for snake oil like Revivogen before too.

I actually think he's had a transplant too, but only in very recent years. ie. Somewhere between these two time points (2011 & 2016).

2011 (Natural hairline at the time with up to then good response on hair meds):

2016 (looks like a typical transplant):

Only his most recent hairline looks transplanted to me, and it's stable now which would suggest he may have finally bit the bullet.

Hahaha. Okay buddy. I didn't look any different at all. Literally no different. Only way even *I* knew I was on T is I had slightly oilier skin, more hair shedding, slightly higher sex drive, and my test levels on the bloodwork were through the roof.

I looked worse than most natural guys in the gym by far. Standard skinnyfat unremarkable build. So I'm not sure how you could have told.

Don't tell me you think Hugh Jackman is natural too?

Going from the before in his early thirties to the after in his mid-late fourties?

View attachment 67209

Steroids are incredibly common in Hollywood. And not everyone is cranking them as hard as Hugh Jackman in the after. Even in the modelling industry plenty of guys use them just to stay lean with less work.
lol dude you're not going to learn anything in life if you think you know everything and argue with people who are experts on the subject. I said I can tell who's on and who isn't. I've been around it, competed, trained, all shape and sizes. Muscles on steroids look different then natural muscles. It's not about size. You were an out of shape skinny fat f*****, I'm talking about inshape men, natural vs steroids. Mathew mcconaheys body is a natural in shape body that's achieved from diet and an expensive trainer. Wolverines body is steroids. Look at these pictures- zac effron is on steroids here. Now compare it to Mathew mcconaheys. You're an idiot man I'm sorry. Just like anything else if you're around it enough you develop expertise. I can tell the difference.

OBVIOUSLY Zac Efron is on HEAVY steroids.

But that does not change my point.

Most guys on a low dose of test-e will NOT look like Zac Effron. It takes incredible genetics, training, diet, and usually a heck of a lot more than just a low dose of test-e to get to Zac Effron's build.

Average men with casual training on test-e do not blow up like muscle monsters or look incredibly shredded. This has actually been studied scientifically and the gains on test-e are in the 10-20% range only for most guys.

Most actors and models just use it to help them get buffer quicker when they have a movie or job coming up or stay lean without too much work on a regular basis. They aren't remotely using gear to try to get to Zac Effron's build. I don't know why you can't recognize there is a CONTINUUM here (from me at the worst, to Zac Effron at the most). The world is not black and white, and neither is steroid use.

So steroids do not automatically mean one build or another. Most guys on a low dose of test-e will NOT look like Zac Effron. It takes incredible genetics, training, diet, and usually a heck of a lot more than just a low dose of test-e to get to Zac Effron's build.

AHHAHAHHA "there have been studies" dude your DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT!!!! 400mg of test is NOT a low dose, it's standard for most people that aren't bodybuilding competitively. You can gain a SUBSTANTIAL amount of size on 400mg of test. Lmao dude trust me when I tell you that you don't have the slightest clue what you're talking about. Diet and training are just as important as the steroids themselves OBVOOUSLY. But if you saw no results on 400mg then your protein intake was clearly fucked, and your workouts were fucked. I know old guys that are prescribed 100mg of test a week and still make substantial gains over someone natural. Thanks for the I laugh.

Genetics...

Many of my friends work out and the difference in their progress is crazy. Funny thing is, it is not the ones that have the best diets or take going to the gym the most serious that have the best bodies.

Are the other guys on steroids then? No, they have better genetics.

Around 2013 is when my and my friends were in a very die hard work out routine. We lived together and we all shared the same fridge which was always filled with the right foods. Despite having almost similar workout schedules I grew the fastest, another guy also grew pretty fast, another one was normal I guess but another one gained almost no muscle and could never get rid of his stomach fat. In the first months where it became clear I was growing faster I got accused of training more often than I claimed to do. A few months later the word steroids popped up for the first time... Obviously, it was my friend with the smallest amount of gains who said that..

You know what point I am trying to make.

Here's a study that illustrates how steroids are typically used in Hollywood and the results that they get:

lol I'm not sure what your point is here. Genentics is a huge factor in how you'll look on steroids. Huge. But it doesn't change the fact that to any vet steroid user, they'll be able to tell. The blood stays in the muscles for steroid users. It doesn't matter your size, you always look like you have a fresh pump. The muscle themselves just look "different". This guy has no idea what he's talking about. I would put my life on the fact that zac effron is on 500mg of test and winny. That's not heavy steroids lol.

Absolutely! Genetics dictate both 90% of your natural gains AS WELL AS your response to steroids.

Guys like Ronnie Coleman would be huge even if they weren't on roids.

They're just even huger with roids.

Dude you can give someone with sh*t genetics steroids and they'll still get huge if they diet and train correctly. Everyone is limited by their genetics obviously lol but that doesn't change the fact that someone who has sh*t genetics will still look like they're on steroids to a steroid vet.

I'm not even going to click that because you're so off on your steroid knowledge that it isn't even worth arguing with you at all

Not going to click a scientific study to read what normal guys do or don't get on 600 mg test per week for 10 weeks?

Many Hollywood actors do exactly what was described in that study because they get a role, have 12 weeks before they have to look good shirtless, and need results quick. They arent genetically gifted so they turn to test and end up with a very natural looking slightly aesthetic result in a short time.

Looking like you're on steroids doesn't mean you're a fuckin jacked guy with a 6 pack. Please just accept that you have no clue wtf you're saying and maybe try to learn something from someone who clearly knows far more than you.

Studies on regimented diets and exercise programs have found there are some people who are termed "nonresponders" to exercise by researchers and do not gain, so no you are again wrong.

Okay. You obviously don't care about the science here or objectivity since you've already admitted some steroid users like myself get zero results, and genetics, diet and training plays a huge role.

Omg dude. I clicked on it.... can I ask what in the actual f*** does that have to do with this subject at all. It shows that steroids are superior to non steroids. Wow. Good work.

So you're telling me some people like yourself can take 400mg of test a week and see zero results. As in they would be in the same position if they didn't take them at all? You're a f*****g idiot.

You've taken steroids once and read some sh*t on the internet and you're an expert. Vs someone who has been around/taken steroids for 8 years, trained people on and off steroids, competed competitively, and has a circle of friends who are all on steroids. K. You're right. What was the mg per ml of the test you were taking?

In shows in a 10 week cycle guys are not turning into Ronny Coleman or Zack Efron. They gained 6 kg of muscle in 10 weeks which is enough to look better, but not enough to look massive or incredible unless they were already starting out fantastic.

This is again, exactly how steroids are used in Hollywood and the modeling industry.

6kg of LEAN MUSCLE!!!!!!!!!!!! No one said you turn into ronnie Coleman!!!! It would take you a year to gain half that muscle mass naturally. We aren't talking about 6kg of dry weight we're talking about muscle mass. Again, you don't know what you're talking about!!
