For whatever it's worth, I don't mind discussing politics with anybody on this site if the discussion is:
1) on-topic, in its own thread and not hijacking another discussion;
2) Intelligent, which excludes defending Obama as a God;
3) Unpartisan, which ties into point #2;
I am decently well-read in history, have been active in political campaigns, and follow current events in detail. I find it interesting, but only when the discussion is at a high level.

Eventually, but not until I am around thirty-ish
I plan on having a house within a year or so, and then making a bit more money before I cash out, and go back home for good. Resume partying hard, and living my twenties to the fullest.

blackg, I understand that President Obama has done some good things but he's also made mistakes. The best thing he has done is he saved the American economy. Any fair-minded person in the world gets it that the republicans are the ones who wrecked the economy and President Obama fixed it.
David faults President Obama on the economy as if President Obama has done something wrong with the economy. But anyone with any sense knows that the American economy is pretty good right now.
The people who wrecked the economy were the conservative when George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and the rest of those goons were running the country. President Obama fixed the economic mess those guys made.
David even blames President Obama for Mexico's problems whatever the f*** David's talking about when he whines about Mexico I have no idea. President Obama hasn't done anything to Mexico. But David is an Obama-hating conservative so he blames President Obama for anything and everything.

I think he failed in some areas but i think he excelled in others.
I think he is one of the best Presidents..I mean in my life its Ford, Carter, Regan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama....
I liked Clinton and Obama--but i can find great fault with both.
I find much, much more fault with all the others.

But David hates on literally EVERYTHING they did. He says Obama is one of the worse presidents ever and everything Obama did was a failure. He blames Obama for a bad economy even though the economy isn't really bad right now and Obama who fixed the economy after Dave's conservative darlings wrecked the economy.
The only way David could hate literally EVERYTHING that Clinton and Obama have done is if David's a rabid conservative.
