I'd say it's less than big. Even soccerball has weekly fixtures that far exceed those numbers.

"Soccerball" lol.

I don't think so, but that's just my opinion, I travelled a lot, too, and the country where I met many young balding guys was England, and I consider it "the baldest" as a result. Here in Italy I haven't met as many balding guys in their 20s as I have there. Italian culture is, for sure, the culture in which bald-shaming is most prevalent. In the US and England I was never mocked for my appearance and baldness as much as I have been in Italy. If I were born in the UK, I'm sure I would have never been humiliated and mocked by my colleagues as it happened in Italy.

The problem with Italians and bald shaming is that Italian men are very vain and many women encourage them.

Many Italian women seem to like long hair. I have personally witnessed many approaches by Italian women who complimented long haired men and wanted to touch their mane (Imagine how that endend!)

In this competition for female attention, men who are not balding will try to underline the plight of those who are.

I don't find it weird that the most famous Italian model is a person from Milano who has a long mane:

I still believe that Syria was a bait.

USA knows on his skin what does it means to patronize an Middle East sh*t hole like Syria or Iraq with degraded economy and non-loyal local population.

Yes, Russia won in Syria in 2016 but it cost A LOT. See what happens in 2017.

In what sense do you think it was a bait?

Russia just check mated USA incredibly hard.

And honestly trend lines in Europe seem to show that there will be a shift towards working with Russia instead of against.

Europe's elections soon will be interesting. France, Netherlands , Germany.

People like Fillon and Le Pen are heavily for cooperating with Russia.

It is in their dna. Italians are masters of Aesthetics.

A nation that produced Da Vinci, Caravaggio, Fellini, Prada, Versave, Pasolini etc. is a nation that knows a thing or two about beauty.

I think most of us anglo Saxons are more about functionality compared to our latin cousins.

Anglo-Saxon: Function over style
Italian: Style over function

Just compare Mercedes to a Ferrari and this defines the difference between the two cultures.

That's so true about England. Most men don't even care/give a sh*t over there.

I've always cared. Always. It's surprising that they don't seem to care.

England is the country that most men don't use balding medications.

Its a funny country.

We're the fattest nation in Europe and yet we have the biggest number of gym subscriptions in Europe.

But the reason for this are a little unusual. What happens is the majority (66% of my countrymen are overweight) are out of shape and probably care a bit but enough to do anything about it. But then you have the other quarter - and this is the vain section - and these are the chad thundercock group and they lift at the gym, tan, drink protein shakes, wax their chests, and do all that crap. And then there's the other hipster group (probably me) who are a little vain, exercise a bit, follow fashion and style and all of that.

So on the surface if you look around - almost 70% of the uk is fat and ugly.

But in the clubs there are tons of buff men or pretty hipsters.

So its not the perfect utopia for baldies (although its probably a lot easier than Italy or france!)

I agree, it wasn't bait. US establishment was divided, with Obama opposed to an aggressive intervention in Syria, one of his few good moves. Had Clinton won that policy would have changed (in both Syria and Ukraine), that was one of the more meaningful policy differences between Clinton and Trump. Syria is stabilized now, but the country is destroyed. It's a truly awful situation.

Those trend lines in Europe are interesting, particularly in France in my opinion. I'm not sure they'll amount to anything.

I understand that Putin has won so far but I also think that Putin represents the forces of evil.

And America didn't have much at stake in Syria but America's loss to Putin there strengthened Putin's
hand for the short term. Putin's use of immigration as a weapon has given his supporters in European
countries a real chance to win some important elections.

But I still think that things are not so rosy for Russia longer term.

I think we will all be relieved with his term finally ends

Sheeeiit, They practically invented bald shaming. Most of you guys are too young, but have you ever heard of Benny Hill? That dude was always making an *** out of his little old bald buddy.

For any adults interested in understanding the current riff between the USA and Russia, at a level more substantial than "Vladimir Putin is evil", I recommend these two articles:

How Harvard Lost Russia
http://www.institutionalinvestor.com/Article/1020662/How-Harvard-lost-Russia.html#/.WHPDx3eZOgR

Andrew Bacevich: How the US Blew the Post-Cold-War Era
http://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2017/01/andrew-bacevich-us-blew-post-cold-war-era.html

The following is completely unknown to most Americans, but at the end of the cold war there was a sincere wish on the part of Gorbachev, Yeltsin, etc for Russia to be integrated as a normal western country. This was rebuffed by the USA, by the Clinton administration, something many Americans were warning about in the 1990s. The Clinton administration was mostly focused on plundering Russia, on turning into a bankrupt third world country, and on flipping the former Soviet satellites into NATO/EU states. The Putin era is blowback to the 1990s mess.

Have you ever thought that having the knowledge of who is 'bad' between Russia and USA is useless?

In the grand scheme of things, what does it matter if you have a side?

It wont alter the world a single jot. You'd be better off learning to dance, or paint, or drive a motorbike then you would spending time fretting over whether one nation likes another nation (and so on). All of these worries and thoughts are for nothing.

That's true, knowledge of history is completely useless, but do are most hobbies.

But it would be more useful to be a fine cook or an excellent photoshopper than it would be to be the guy who knows a plethora of useless facts about Russia-American relations.
