0.5ml isn't enough to completely coat my entire scalp perfectly, so I get the hairline, crown, and as much of midscalp as I can. Very careful application mainly, I apply it very slowly getting 1 drop at a time and spreading it.

I use 2ml to 3ml to cover the entire scalp
That is why I lowered to 0.1%

The doctor mustang refers to he said u need to visit him in person that's all. And yes liposomal is a gel still too thick and annoying to apply all over the scalp with hair in the way compared to a liquid based solution where you can apply between the hairs with ease without having to part your hair and apply like u have to with liposomal gel. this thread doesnt even matter because all dutasteride does is make people shed hair like crazy including me.

Imo a liquid will travel further and cause more sides.

Mustang, which dutasteride do you use?

The one with trichosol? or the one that Dr. Lupanzula offers?

I want to try it too, and i do not know which one should i order.

Furthermore, is it possible to achieve results without microneedling (just applying the lotion) ?

I use trichosol now but used Liposomal as well with good results.
I get less sides with trichosol at 0.1% with the same effect on my hair

I am no adding microneedling to the equation (mesotherapy) from home but I will first shave my head to asses weather it changes anything

I like to experiment and document

I will probably start with 0,25% twice a week.

If you can tolerate it, is it better to increase the dose or frequency, e.g. going from 1mg to 2mg once a week vs 1mg once a week to 1mg twice a week?

Boy was I wrong.

I think I would rather advice increasing the dosage than intervals since you want to avoid build up.
