I emailed him a few days ago and this is what he sent me. I stopped posting on this thread bc of all the negativity but since some are interested:

two unexpected issues came up:
- the manufacturer could not obtain the herbal extracts of sufficient high quality standard
- Shopify would not process payments on their system as they consider cosmetic goods as high risk
I was very disappointed as their communications before launching were ‘ok to proceed’. That’s the reason I immediately made the refund. I’ve got to sort out both issues and may have to change another website name, server, payment provider. The herbal extracts is probably not a big deal, as it’s the zinc-thymulin which is the critical ingredient and that is not an issue. Soon as I have it solved I will send an email to let you know.
