Follicular Unit Transplant.
They'll harvest the primordiums in the lab and then transplant them like a normal hair transplant. You'll have "unlimited" supply of donor hair and no scarring on your head.
Correct. Thanks for clarification. I thought there are two methods one and FUT will be used which leaves scarring but now I see that you are saying FUT in a sense of putting the hair back on head and not extraction.
Now if we think about the technique that tsuji will use we can realize it will be a bit expensive, maybe like alvi Armani price per graft but in this case per germ
They already said in their press release the primordiums will be implanted via traditional FUT method.
Okay. I guess i'm still thinking the wrong way. So this isn't a bunch of injections of cells around the scalp that will grow hair?
This is still basically a hair transplant?
They are not really comparable as no hairs are being transplanted and what is being injected into the scalp is not a hair follicle but just a bunch of cells which means a much thinner needle diameter.
Alright, thanks. Think i'm starting to get it. So to create a hairline, it would be along the same lines of a transplant?
Just inject the cells in the direction of desired hairline?
I wonder how they are going to determine the direction and pattern of growth being as they are injecting cells under the skin without being able to know if they are gonna grow straight up or maybe off to the side
And then you get to "meet" people like Mr Robot and feel that maybe there is some little hope left.
You are absolutely right.Stop judging people.
On topic: Can't wait to read the interview!!
I'm going to learn Japanese.
I'm dreaming one day we organise a Tsuji cure tour to Japan and have a celebration dinner with all of you in a Japanese restaurant.
So should we wait for the interview comes out at this weekend?
It's all we really can do.
