Follicular Unit Transplant.

They'll harvest the primordiums in the lab and then transplant them like a normal hair transplant. You'll have "unlimited" supply of donor hair and no scarring on your head.

Thanks for clarification. I thought there are two methods one and FUT will be used which leaves scarring but now I see that you are saying FUT in a sense of putting the hair back on head and not extraction.

Just read the above comments and realized, "Human stupidity is infinite!".
After 22 pages, there are still people who think this method is gonna be implemented by FUT.
Another one suggests we lie to them about the hair transplant cost, so that we make them lower the price.
NO HOPE!

According to the press release, the follicle germs will be autografted to the scalp, supposedly individually. From the last study that was published, each germ grew about 4 hairs. So you would need about 50 germs per cm^2 to attain average density for a brown haired caucasian. This may have been changed or clarified since the recent interview. I'm very anxious to hear all the new information. Thank you again to Admin and all the members of the moderation team who put so much effort into staying on the cutting edge of this treatment.

Now if we think about the technique that tsuji will use we can realize it will be a bit expensive, maybe like alvi Armani price per graft but in this case per germ :)

If the choice came down to an equally expensive Ferrari, fancy house, or a full head of hair, I'd work 168 hours a week, every week, to pay for the hair.

They already said in their press release the primordiums will be implanted via traditional FUT method.

Okay. I guess i'm still thinking the wrong way. So this isn't a bunch of injections of cells around the scalp that will grow hair?
This is still basically a hair transplant?

They are not really comparable as no hairs are being transplanted and what is being injected into the scalp is not a hair follicle but just a bunch of cells which means a much thinner needle diameter.

Alright, thanks. Think i'm starting to get it. So to create a hairline, it would be along the same lines of a transplant?
Just inject the cells in the direction of desired hairline?
I wonder how they are going to determine the direction and pattern of growth being as they are injecting cells under the skin without being able to know if they are gonna grow straight up or maybe off to the side

These are questions have been raised earlier in the discussion that are part of interview and hopefully will be answered.

And then you get to "meet" people like Mr Robot and feel that maybe there is some little hope left.

I'm going to learn Japanese.
I'm dreaming one day we organise a Tsuji cure tour to Japan and have a celebration dinner with all of you in a Japanese restaurant.

I have the imagination that it had to be somewhat like this:

1:21

with the exception that absolutely nothing would be wrong and no upcoming bullsh*t afterwards.

Tsuji had to be present as well. He would be our "Fixy".
