Swing. I noticed a massive difference in my aesthetics after getting my temple points done. Those sharp angular points rele do make the forehead appear smaller and bring out the best version of ourselves.

Granted I am only 4 half months post OP, i see a big difference. One side however is lagging


I do recommend getting this done with your next buff/beef it up type transplant.

Im not sure what you keep referring to as temple points. Do you have pics of what you mean?
To me temples are just the side of your head. If thats what you mean Id like to get that done but TBH most of the guys I consulted with had sort of pushed me away from messing with that area. They all drew the same line accross my forehead to bring the hairline back in.
Also it would be REALLY hard to hide that. I was able to hide mine pretty easily by growing my hair on top longer. I would have to literally grow the sides out and brush them forward lol. Or take a month to heal which would be impossible.

but do you grow your sides out? remember the density is NO WHERE near the nearby hairs so I would think with someone like myself who leaves the sides short (almost skin) it would look kind of odd. I should get a haircut, then have a friend literally sharpie dot that area in and see what it would look like.
I honestly cant remember the reasoning thought he doctors all just did what they did. Not one of them I can remember drew that line on me. NONE of them wanted to lower my hair loss anymore than what I have now as well. My initial loss was a lot worse than this guys as well.

honestly NW4-5 with temple points better than NW3 without temple points
