With new technologies, there is such a thing as first-to-market advantage. $180k is ridiculously expensive for the average person. I'm guessing either Tsuji and Riken will be first or Stemson. The most cost-effective solution will create the most demand. And the most affordable procedure will be the most lucrative. Tens of millions of average income earners are potential customers vs a relatively tiny group of millionaires in each country. They'll likely get the price down to something reasonable.

I am pretty sure they would also outsource parts of the procedure, I can see clinics around the world for example collecting some of their clients follicular cells then they ship them to Japan to get multiplied then it gets shipped back to them for the transplant. Something of the sort

They're not sellers but sciencists working with investors money. They have nothing to explain to you. They're only comitted to tell their investors if something is new and they're explaining their way from time to time. You can write a Mail and if they answer it's good, if not it's bad. Yeah, thats an idea I thought about, too. You can probably still go for 5-6K Crafts with a normal transplantation before.

They owe you nothing. You have no rights as it relates to them. They are a private company. If in the end, they end up being the ones with the cure, you would still be the first in line, even if they keep you waiting g everyday from now until then. Stop with the entitlement.

I think that the 10 year thing is a comment on how long it will take to become affordable for the average joe.
The guy who did the interview with Tsuji just 2 weeks ago states that they have already started in humans and it will be available, but very expensive, in 2020/21.
He also took a picture with him proving they met. Definitely more trustworthy.
