So who else in this whole thread apart from the OP has had any success with this?

There are a few, some of which have been posting for some time before and are absolutely likely to be genuine users. I have very few reserves on the fact that this works, in general. I am prepared for the idea that it might not work for me, of course, but it's worth trying

Just needled again, less blood and redness with the same amount of time spent, don't know why. Going at 2.5mm at the highest speed. No changes to report, i apply topical minoxidil right after and use oral minoxidil on the other days, i also take dutasteride. Weird regime i know but here's hoping it works. I might try applying topically everyday im not sure though, might be overkill.

Follica claims they created 100 new follicle per square cm and 25 of them were terminal due to their wounding method. @Kagaho posted this some time ago so you'll have to ask him for the source but he is a reasonable poster who doesn't get carried away.

Just needled at 2mm for the fourth time and its been a bloody mess every time lol
It probably makes no difference, but I've been drinking my pre-workout power afterwards to get a little vasodilation. I figure it might help with blood flow ever so slightly. Anyways, nothing to report yet as far as gains go. In fact, my hair has been noticeably thinner and the shed has been pretty out of control. However, I also started up on Minoxidil four weeks ago and Trinov a few days ago, so the shed can most likely be attributed to that.

Just an FYI, regarding possible delays in shipment of Derminator products. I ordered replacement cartridges and several other things on Jan 17 and everything arrived today. So not the 3 month delay people were concerned about. (USA)

I’ve ordered 3 times to the UK and it only takes about 3 or 4 days, despite them saying upto a month.
