This guyI just got dr pen a7 from ebay. Will this be good enough ?
Here's a look a my "cocktail". Probably should've taken the pic with all of this sitting in the kitchen sink haha.
Any thoughts?

This would also explain people like ZenHead or ToLGuy then, who're seeing fast recovery on their hairlines but very slow progress on the crown. Also the first to go for them.
Even in cases of extraordinary regrowth such as yours this appears to be the case. Following the pattern in reverse.
i don’t know guys. Coming up on three months soon. Still no signs of efficacy. Again, the areas I’m looking at getting back are just a slight thinning about 1inch into the hairline. It wasn’t even noticeable until about July/August of this past year. So theoretically my hair should be flying back since it was so recent. Not even hairless skin. I’ll keep with it, but I may just be a non responder..... didn’t think we would have those with this.I would argue that it's not that stem cells/wnt protein need more time to turn on for "late" responders. What I believe is that in long-gone areas, even if stem cells are activated or if the wnt genes are expressed due to wounding, they won't do much if the surrounding tissue is not vascularized enough. Without vascularization, those newborn follicles won't get enough oxygen and nutrients to achieve full development and of course, to produce a new hair filament. I assume that long gone areas require a lot of time (many needling sessions) to re-vascularize all the fibrotic and calcified tissue (practically a collagen and calcium desert), so the newly generated follicles can grow, as well as the old miniaturized follicles can be revived.
This is just my speculation on why I think why some zones take so long to recover.
Still, we should consider the possibility that some people simply don't respond at all. But to believe it, I need to see someone sticking to this for more than a year with Zero results.
Interesting case. But please, keep going. You have absolutely nothing to lose. 15 mins of needling in a week is absolutely nothing. There is still a chance for rewarding results, and almost zero things to lose. I'm pretty sure Im not getting results in my desired zone yet (crown), and I am also approaching the 3 month mark, but you can be damn sure that no matter how depressed I could get to be in the upcoming months, there is NOTHING that will be able to stop me from sticking to this regime until 2020. Stay strong and patient, bro.i don’t know guys. Coming up on three months soon. Still no signs of efficacy. I joined back in 2002 right when graduating college and noticed the receding the first time I saw that curve where my forehead meets my hairline. I was active on HLH for a while ("UndeniablyBalding"). Eventually I gave up on getting those temples back and stuck with maintaining as a goal.I'm even more impressed by your join date.
Tell us your history.

Got divorced few years back and I think finasteride is losing it's efficacy as I've lost a lot of ground the past few months so decided to see come back to see if there was any groundbreaking treatments.
OMG now here I am 17 years later with you young bucks. Where did my life take that bad turn lol. Honestly, even after all these years of hyped products that turned into shite, I'm extremely optimistic about the next few years. I've held out pretty well. Recent pic. I use dermmatch, and definitely had it rocking in this pic.
Until something is definitive, the kitchen sink it is...

Yeah, man. Your hair looks really good! Hopefully I can reach your age rocking it like that, haha.I'm extremely optimistic about the next few years. I've held out pretty well. Recent pic. I use dermmatch, and definitely had it rocking in this pic.

I was hoping at least for maintenance. Definitely did not expect at three months to see more hair in my brush than I ever have. Now, some may say, “ that’s a good sign”! I mean maybe it is or it isn’t. If this were 1 or 2 months, definitely a good sign. 3 mos? Who knows. That’s said, I will continue to use my head as a pin cushion....if there is no regrowth for you do you maybe noticed other benefits? For example I always had to wash my hair every day because of their oily look. Since dermarolling I wash my hair only once a week because they look strong and healthy every morning without any shampoo.
It was the same for me. My hair also got worse between November and end of December (Have no good pic for November). I also had increased shedding in this period until beginning of january. But since the last 10 days I had definitely less shedding. And it seems that some of my vellus hair decided to thicken up, even though I dont want to be too optimistic yet.
Seems like you had seasonal shedding
