This misc broscience has to stop. Im all for giving microneedling a fair chance but lets keep it realistic.
Whoever came up with this ridiculous theory that 'crunchy noises in your scalp means fibrosis' needs to be shot or banned. And continual massage/microneedling until the 'crunchy noises go away' means that 'the fibrosis has gone' is 100% broscience and is as bad as saying cold showers boost test 200%.
Fact is no one in this thread has posted any photo evidence that microneedling even works, the only photos posted thus far contain one or more of the following:
1. Obvious Toppik use
2. Person posting the pics is selling something i.e. the OP
3. Person posting the pics has no before photos
4. Person posting the pics started finasteride and/or minoxidil at the same time as microneedling
