Some of us live in areas with little sun exposure.I've read vitamin D receptor can become screwed up by megadosing on vitamin D supplements. I wouldn't risk taking supplements when you have the sun for free, whats the deal.

Like others have mentioned - it is difficult to get enough sun in certain areas of the world to produce sufficient Vitamin D. I live in Canada where it *impossible* to produce enough for most of the year.
The Vit D + K2 combo will be the new hype on this forum.
Idk about megadosing Vit D. I just take 2000iuIt’s probably helpful as an adjunct, I’m not so sure about the bro science theories on it though. I actually tried 10,000 iu for a few days and it fucked with my guts. I’m just going to use the Nutri drops along with a multi hair vitamin and some omega 3 capsules.

i guess i pretty much do a session every two weeks as well, since I only use the derminator2 every other week. With the dermaroller, I go very gently and don't even get redness.
