Hold on a sec is Tsuji going to be there or a represe tative from his team?

I would say it's a safe bet Tsuji's team will be there... it is their home country and they've pretty much solved it so it's great publicity for them.

Question for Shiseido:

1)Did you somehow "upgrade/improve" RCH-01 since you got the permission from Replicel to develop it further?

2)İs it still possible to get "new" hair from this procedure or just get thinner and minituarized back?

İf yes could this also be possible for the donor area of hair transplant patients?

3)Could the results be improved by getting multiple injections?

4)For how long do the treated hairs get immunized?

5) Are you still planning to release at the end of 2018?

(I know replicel already answered some of this, but if we think about that Replicel hasn't got the money and the facilities for developing their own treatment in a good way I don't care about their opinion anymore, especially when Shiseido is the much bigger and more trustworthy company of them and will be on the market much faster than Replicel)

You sure Hellouser will be able to ask all the questions you guys are throwing out? Everybody has about 10 different questions which is great, but how many questions do you think he'll get to ask? Maybe some questions should have priority over others.

Nothing else will help me that's for sure. When you arrive Hellouser, please proceed directly to the Tsuji Temple, light incense, pray, beg whatever it takes to expedite treatment.

We should offer him gifts, geishas and more!

Yea exactly other people already shot out a ton of questions for those two. Hopefully they cover most of everyone's questions in their talks.

Added to my list :)
Tsuji said that people with DUPA are out of luck, but sometimes DUPA people end up as Norwood 7 as well, just with a thin donor region. Can they also not gain a benefit from the treatment, even if it results in sparse hair coverage (better than nothing)?

And what are Tsuji-san's thoughts on people with retrograde alopecia? Will they also be eligible for treatment?
More generally, what is the cut off for donor quality/region that needs to be covered to give eligibility?

Finally, is hair direction controlled by the treatment, or does it self-assemble (hairs communicating to each other). I recall that Tsuji-san mentioned the former, but it doesn't explain the effect of the latter, which I've seen a lot of conversation about also.

Can you guys post your questions in that thread instead? Easier for me to keep things organized.

DUPA heads are fucked? Damn, I figured they'd be doomed though. Maybe Follica can save them then. Heard Follica could be the bridge for Dupa patients to achieve Tsuji's treatment.

I really do feel bad for the poor DUPA people. All you can hope to do is maintain on finasteride and minoxidil and then go for rug life. I have met two people with DUPA in real life before. One didn't care but the other guy looked positively miserable.

What did it look like? Was there uniform thinning throughout the donor and typical pattern areas? Does the loss start off at the same rate everywhere or does it progress to include thinning in the donor area? Did they have a sparse horseshoe remaining in the end or worse? Any links between retrograde and DUPA?

Where did he exactly say that? I'd say the only people he has no jurisdiction on are areata and maybe scarring alopecias.
