Blackg will be disgusted.

Give it some thought.
LOL, I love Blackg's posts. Funny you said that. I just posted in another thread with reference to "give it some thought". You and I are now on the same wavelength. I knew I liked you for some reason.:D

I skimmed the article. No major criticisms off the bat. Definitely a very good physique from the photos of him available, mostly due to extremely low body fat % at moderately high level of muscle mass

I'm curious as to what percentage of his clientele/disciples share a similar physique. This imo would be the telling factor as to how much of his stuff is worth making a pillar of your bodybuilding approach

A couple things: This is a very controversial opinion I hold, (I think @shookwun shares my opinion on this), deadlifting is an extremely overrated exercise for aesthetic development. Lots of energy output for a movement that isn't going to progress you towards your goals imo
Also, ab day. People can talk all the sh*t they want. I do at least 1 core only day a week, and it's 100% worth it for me. Weighted crunches, weighted planks, weighted leg raises = bulky, popping abdominals

I agree with @Rudiger that we need a fitness thread. I would like to post some of my workouts. I actually made one some time ago but I think it got lost in a data rollback or something
Poor exercise choice for hypertrophy. Seeing as most people compromise form for weight, and don't benefit from the actual movement.

Good exercise for burning your CNS before you can even recruit any actual muscle recruitment.

Big three are bench press, squats and some sort of over head/press movement like a BB/DD press.

Does this mean I can stop deadlifts? Please tell me I can. I think they may be my most hated exercise.

And it's not the soreness of doing it, there's definitely more stressful exercises and I don't mind that, it's just totally unfulfilling. Apart from contracting my glutes (which I don't give a sh*t about) I'm not getting anything from this movement.

LOL Last time I kissed a girl was more than 10 years ago.

Then post a pic with your hair, or PM me (or someone you trust). I'll gladly admit I was wrong. Come on.

He has hardly any hair loss. That's my guess. That's why you never see pictures of it.

Actually, I'm kind of envious a little bit. I wish I had as much hair.

Good exercise for hamstring development. Aside from that, not worth it.

wont only do squats lead to muscle imbalance with more quad growth than hamstring

isnt that why you rotate it with the deadlift so you hit the quads and hams equally?

@Rudiger if you know any more about this?

whats your workout routine like?

The squat depending on depth fully activate both hamstrings, and quads.

Lower you go, the more activation can be felt within the hamstring, and glutes.

Squat is the staple of any leg regimen, all though I would say as leg press would be the best exercise for hamstring development.

Deadlift is only for lower back development and prevents posture and lower back problems. It's highly advised if you have a sitting job. Not necessary to use high weight though.

i'm sure he appreciates that.

diffuse thinners are often told they have full heads of hair. it's the mirror that's the problem, more so than other people.

Also when your hair is wet and you see ALOT of scalp in the mirror is when you know how bad it looks. Not only that but knowing you are also a bad candidate for hair transplantation makes matters worse.

and also everyone with hair loss stresses the not knowing how unpredictable it will be.

Plus @buckthorn sheds like crazy which is a major mind f***..some people with balding dont shed much its a long slow process..seeing 100 hairs a day or more is a mind f***. You can never forget its happengiin.
