Honestly I eat tons of junk these days but the itch died down a lot anyway once I had lost enough hair. I think people overestimate that stuff
You must have got that from that famous success thread.Supplements
Shampoo:
- Taurine ( anti inflammatory )
- Allermin ( perilla leaves )
- Omega-3, at least 6 capsules a day at standard epa/dha concentration
Egg white mask once a week for at least an hour.
- Tget once/twice a week
- Keto shampoo, once/twice a week
Dermarolling. Could be everyday with 0.25 or 1.5mm once a week.
+ shampoo your hair at least every second day.
That helped me. My itch is 80-90% gone.
I get insane itching and sebum production after eating chicken. Am I the only weirdo that gets this?
Maybe a monthHow long did you take it bf it went away?
What would those be?Have y'all tried folliculitis meds?
True however it also happens with free range chicken as well...just a notch lower...i have celiac so maybe it's also the grains that the chicken eat. Who knows I give up my body sucks. No but your chicken has quite a bit of nandrolones in it.

Do you mind giving your dosage for each of the aff
orementioned stuff?
What would those be?
Honestly around the first week for meHow long after you took seti bf it went away?
Yeah, @Somebody helped me a lot.
Sure:
- Taurine: 1-2g x 2-3 times/day. I got mine from myprotein. It's cheap.
- Allermin - 2-3 capsules a day.
- Purified Omega-3 @ around 6 capsules day.
That’s a lot of antihistamine dude...
Also are you worried about taurine increasing testosterone?
Any other things people found to work? I’ve got seti coming in the mail, ceti helped but has been losing effectiveness. Would love other input before I have to try things like avodart
How long have you been taking dutasteride?Start with propecia. I had the itch when I started balding 8 years ago and with finasteride the itch pretty much went away.
Dutasteride should be a backup plan if finasteride is not effective enough. Finasteride is your first line of attack.
How long have you been taking dutasteride?
A little more than 6 months
