She is waiting until second kid to get it fixed she also said after second kid she will probably need the abdominal wall tightened in surgery
most women after 2 kids get the 'spread' in abs not to do with fat but the muscle is too stretched from being pregnant 2x.

Or perhaps you think women staying hot after producing three kids is much more common than women staying hot after the age of 30?

in fact i would not doubt the lose skin happens more with very slim girls who get pregnant depending how big belly gets from baby.
if you have very taught skin to start probably worse in stretching.

Nature really is horrible isn't it? Evolution specifically tries to make women uglier after having kids. Along with baldness it should be the top medical priority. Think how much depression is caused by this stuff world wide.

Yeah it is a bit extreme, but just google "women after childbirth" and you'll see that stretch marks and some loose skin is not uncommon after pregnancy. Besides, It's common to lose your tight waist, no matter how much you work out after. It's naive to expect your gf to look the same after pregnancy.

Stretch marks and loose skin is not a choice. It's an issue MANY woman have to face after childbirth. Your gf might be lucky, who knows. But it's naive to expect her to look the same.
They become fat slobs because they know there is no point trying to look good anymore. Depression.

Fat slobs is very different
we are just saying the extreme up and down repeatedly takes a toll on skin.
You can get back in shape (although first 6 months women still have a lot of hormones so its hard in beginning)
but if you want to repair the skin you have to do surgery.
breasts??? Forget it up and down for 3 or 4 kids???
And if she breast feeds???
