What Is Your Worst/lowest Balding Moment?

What is the worst thing that has ever happened to you in relation to your hair loss? From being mocked, to being dumped, to noticing your balding for the first time?

Mine isn't so bad, but I remember a girl telling me that she didn't mind my hair loss but if lost too much more than she could never sleep with me because she could never 'do' a bald guy. I laughed it off and told her that I treat my hair loss so it doesn't get too much worse and that was the end of it. But deep inside that was an awful thing to hear.

So whats your worst experience?

brutal. f*** that girl man.

worst for me is basically being mocked. the fuckers. but with treatments and concealer, and the fact im not bad looking means it isnt too bad. i can JUST about get away with it, even with my nw3/4 or whatever the f*** i have

other bad times are me having a hat on without concealer and ending up in random places where i might need to take it off. thats always tense. i try to plan ahead now so that sh*t doesnt happen anymore.

one time, before treatments, with my shaved nw3 i was in a bar with my hat and some girl i was with took it off to embarass me the b**ch. she was knew i was self conscious about it. that was brutal. the next day i looked up concealers and found restrand lol

then came a year off spraying that sh*t to my head every day. and having to keep up that charade.

sh*t i could keep going lol....

Haha I feel the pain. I use concealer sometimes as well.

A few weeks ago a woman ran her hand through my hair when we were in bed and I had to physically stop her and tell her its my pet hate. I even made up a story saying one time somebody yanked my hair so hard that hair fell out just so she didn't touch it again.

yeah man its tough with girls and hair. i just pretend like i hate having it touched. when really i dont want her to run her hand through my hair and have it come out like shes just put her hand in dog sh*t

i probably shouldnt have started concealers tbh. but they so f*****g addictive and work amazing. i dont use too much these days. i cut my hair in random ways now a bit like raul meireles, so its not too much work. my hair looks thin still, but the funkiness of my styles makes it work.

before i would literally spray half a can of that horrible restrand stuff on my head and spend an hour or more trying to make it look good. i must have looked like a plastic doll. even worse after spending so much time trying to get it right are when people still f*****g stare at me because it looks a bit odd

Over the summer, I was hanging out with some people and we went swimming. A girl that I have friends of friends with saw my hair when wet and said "Wow anon your hair looks really bad and thin when it's wet." I proceeded to slam about 10 beers and black out.

That Raul Meireles Mohawk was pretty smart a few years back because it really did disguise his real hairline.

My worst moment was when my hair started to deform and look like total sh*t. I never knew what the f*** that was, until I Googled for three months and typed sh*t like: ''pubic like hair" "lusterless dead hair" and after three f*****g months I found a dude on a forum who described EXACTLY what happened to his hair. I thought, ffs that's what happened to me too. Then I found the term "Acquired Progressive Kinking of Hair."

Instead of just losing hair, getting thinner hair, losing density at the top and sides, I ALSO got kinked pubic like sh*t hair. finasteride improved it, I am on it for three years or so, but it's still sh*t compared to pre-male pattern baldness. I hate my life since that. Extremely angry, frustrated, depressed, hating what I see in the mirror when I look at my hair from a close distance. FML

yeah i do that and other random styles. its cool for me because thats my style anyway. if anything going bald pushed me to be more adventurous because i knew i was running out of time and other options. i love fashion and random hair cuts. so i can get away with nw3/4 at the moment. id like to be able to have those fullheads styles, but obvi with no temples i cant lol.

That's a really good haircut for him, hope it's working out for you too. Funny how his girl has a similar hairstyle. They're looking good though.

yeah f*****g stunning gf

exactly my type. i love the random haircuts, her body, face, clothes all of it. similar to raul i guess, with the fashion etc. hes def making balding work for him. its my style too. plus, he literally has perfect head for balding look, similar to ljurnberg. mines abit more round like jude law.

having nw3/4 on normal type haircut is just brutal, doesnt work. looks old man. im gonna keep these random cuts till i can get back a nw2/3 with future treatments. i doubt ill wana rock a mohawk in my 40s lol

He's a cool guy (great tattoos) and its always good to see some people own their hairline no matter how much they lose.

Its helpful to see guys like jude law and merielles as it gives us some ideas of styles we can do ourselves.

jude law is weird case. it looks like he has good donor. no crown thinning. and his hairline/temples arent receding too badly. he could get some minor work on the hairline and it would make a huge difference i think. not sure why he doesnt. maybe he doesnt give a sh*t

going to a foreign hair stylist after months of not seeing her. A lot of foreigners are straight up and blunt. "what happened to all your hair"... yup, after just a few months. thank you finasteride.
