Maybe "going nuclear" would do it lol.

It seems like you still can recover in the thinned out areas.

What are your current side effects?

Drop the LLLT, thats a scam. Same goes for PRP lol

Oh wow, I remember seeing this and I was like... finasteride doesnt work!? XD

Crazy to see that there are people having hair that hypersensitive to androgens.
Lol f*** me right? Of all the lottery’s; this is the one I win

How long have you taken each medication?
I was on finasteride for 4 years-- literally stopped all of my loss and refilled my temples too. Then about a year ago-- it came back with avengeance. Switched to dutasteride and added RU about 7 months ago. I think shedding slowed down for sure-- but its still going too. Every time I run my fingers thru my hair, ill get 2 or 3 hairs. Shedding prob 150 or so a day id estimate. Added oral castor oil, micro needling, and LLLT about 7 months ago as well

So you dropped finasteride and then started dutasteride 7 months ago. Maybe you should still take finasteride every day and add duta every other day.
Would dutasteride+finasteride do anything? Isn't Dutasteride just a stronger finasteride? Can they stack together?

I mean finasteride worked for you for 4 years and then you had some shedding and immediately dropped it. It takes time for drug to build up in the system. If you want to know if duta works you will have to wait couple more months.

Shedding was bad for about a year. I had added RU and stayed on finasteride-- for almost a year id say-- and was still shedding. Id say dutasteride is working better for sure-- but still shedding. I think Im just EXTREMELY prone to balding

Your test is lower than average, your dht non existent. If you are still balding you will probably need estrogen. I don't think AA on itself will help you as your test is low.

Well, AA will stop the androgen signaling, so further progression is stopped. But for regrwoth, you will need either minoxidil or estrogens.

That's what I just started-- topical estradiol (bioEstro) on the hairline. Today was my 3rd day. I'm nervous tho... this is deff something I never thought id try/do before. If you asked me a year ago-- id say id NEVER touch estrogen

im really interested in ORM as you've said. Looks promising. Just so nervous about using another product with no long term studies. I don't wanna have cancer at 40 years old

Chance of hairline regrowth is low no matter how strong meds you take. You have to know yourself if the risks of taking strong meds are worth it for you. You have good sides, temples and crown. I wouldn't take so much sh*t if I were you.
