What Norwood am I? Is it time for transplant?

Chance of hairline regrowth is low no matter how strong meds you take. You have to know yourself if the risks of taking strong meds are worth it for you. You have good sides, temples and crown. I wouldn't take so much sh*t if I were you.
Yeah I don’t wanna f*** up my life for hair. Here’s my estrogen levels and stuff. Just had these taken last week.

You are 26? You have maintained on meds for 4 years. You have no signs of thining other than NW2 area. I don't see a point in taking hormonal treatment in your case. Not much to gain.
Can just agree. In your case I would use duta/+fina, AA's (stronger than RU, because its just a scam and experimental drug ngl) and doing maybe a transplant.

That's the thing dude! It worked like a miracle for like 1 month. All of my shedding stooped. Then all of a sudden-- came right back

Would you say ORM is safer than BioEstro? What about in comparison to RU?
ORM us 100× potent than RU, if not, more.

Some experience even eye dryness, lack of oiliness on skinn/scalp etc because of the androgen deprivation. And even sometimes gyno.

anything else I could add/do to thicken it up for now? Or at least slow my loss?
The only think possible rn without big side effects is min, but you're already on it. Maybe oral min, but thats a bit harsh I guess becausw its actually used for heart problems etc. Some people say that small doses are ok, but dunno.

Not yet. I have another medical thing I need to deal with (all is good), and work is kinda busy. I need to tho. I'm making a note in my phone. I'm nervous to tell some guy what I'm doing cuz im sure he'll tell me to stop RU/dutasteride LOL.

Your doctors should not and cannot advise you to use research chemicals. They should, however, acknowledge your use of these compounds when diagnosing you. Hopefully, you meet with a professional who has a scientific approach. It should also give you some peace of mind to have someone else helping you (and be accountable) for your hairloss journey.
