This is initially what sprang to my mind actually.
However, thinking it through, there's too much logic involved here, when compared to the thought process of the average person when it comes to baldness. While your point makes perfect sense, and there may be a
slight element of this involved in someone's thinking, overall I think
@Dante92 's point is much simpler, but much more accurate.
There's an instant dis-trust towards ugliness, un-natural looking thinning, diffusing, receding hair,
especially on a young guy, as the combination of an older person's trait on a younger face is even more rare and confusing for people to piece together. And with the scrambled mind, in figuring out the aesthetics of this person, further dis-trust ensues.
So thinking his tactic of getting laid is to pick on the vulnerable and defenceless instead of seeking consent from an actual woman, it's secondary and redundant, not remotely near the forefront of a person's mind when piecing together the situation of a bald guy around children. The thought of him even thinking about trying to get with an actual woman doesn't even register as even a laughable thought, it simply doesn't register at all.
What does come to mind is- he's instantly distrustful and inferior, he's around children, put two and two together.
That's all, your point (which I'm not saying is wrong or anything) may come at a much later stage if someone could even be bothered to think of it, but the basic groundwork is all there, and all based on superficiality. Bare basic aesthetic judgement, putting situations and context behind that is practically irrelevant.
