biggest troll here lmao

He’s not a troll, he’s written some of the best, most memorable posts here in my opinion. That’s not to say I always agree with him, but he at least shows original thought.

you do understand that public persons get mocked for whatever flaws people can find? just because of sheer jealousy?
who gives a f*** about other peoples hair anyway?
the majority of people who mock that dude, or others, are fat and living on the couch, as it is with most sports fans... most likely balding, too...
fact is: they are not even remotely close to his level and shouldnt say anything at all...

the point is that

1. this is not by any standards in the real world good hair in opposite to what @doubleindemnity thinks

2. he gets perceived as bald. i know this isnt good news for you guys who are heavily biased towards this and think every grown out rat nest is superior to buzz or shaved but the truth is at some point it doesnt matter. nadal is bald. caruso is bald. it doesnt matter that they dont buzz it. one look at them everyone know they are bald. there ratnest at the top of their head isnt fooling anyone. it just looks very unclean and sick on top of that

and perception of others is in the end what this is all about. a person who truly doesnt care what other people think of them does not worry about hairloss, the person wouldnt even think about it. not considering treatments, not registering on an hairloss forum.

fighting hairloss is purely motivated by the impact on how other people perceive you: in everyday life, romantically.

sure some will know say "oh but i just want to feel confident and good when i look in the mirror" but then again, why would hair make you feel more confident when you dont care about how other people perceive you?

What you're saying is all correct but I really think that hair like Nadal and Caruso looks much better than a shaved head and is perceived as such. I think that there a significant number of people who are not Norwood aware who would say "their hair isn't that bad... not like my grandpa.... looks fine" about them. In addition, even the people many of the people who are saying that Nadal and Caruso should shave it would probably say, after seeing them shaved, that their hair looked better before. The shaved head really is considered bad looking even if a guy has a good head shape. Look at The Rock with his old high hairline for example; it looked great compared with fully shaved. And Rock is a guy who can really pull off shaved. There is no solution to hair loss besides treatments. Certainly, if treatments don't work, shaving the head isn't a viable solution because of what I described. So I think that leaving the hair grown out when it can be grown out and combed (not all guys that you would call bald have this privilege e.g. Larry David, myself) is at worst equally bad as shaving the head.

pretty simple, some people just want to look good... that is all...
if you are doing it for anybody else, you already lost...
or do you buy shoes because someone else thinks they are cool?
you apparently do that, shoes and hair, i dont...

this is literally what 50 year old housewifes tell themselfes when they book another botox appointment but they dont want to appear insecure or superficial lol

you can lie to yourself as much as you want but i can garantuee you that if you were the only person left on the planet you wouldnt give a sh*t about your hair

"i want to look good" is always in the context of others peoples perception

yah and that rat nest doesnt look good too anyone, except super delusional people

the rock can not pull off a bald head... he might look better than the common dude on the streets, but thats about it... the more he lost his hair, the more pumped he got... and now looks like a caricature, even worse: the constant need to smile, or try to look (fake) badass...

i dont know who is talking about any rats nest here, i dont... as mentioned earlier, if its time to shave, it is time to shave...

you still project, for you its about you are perceived, most likely by women... for others it isnt... probably shaved it already?

i disagree, it looks unclean and weak. at some point buzzing is just better. think of jeremy meeks who probably would have a similar situation if he would grow his hair out

the only people who think it looks good are those in a similar condition and with little hair left; they make the mistake comparing their situation to a fullhead (everybody looks better with hair but if you look like nadal you dont have hair anymore, you have a ratnest; thats not just some thinning like tom hardy has, no, that hair is full gone and either needs a buzzcut or if possible a hair transplant)

why should i shave? but the day will come and believe me, i wont become as delusional as some people and hold on to a few hairs and actually believe it will make a difference

i reflect sh*t, you on the other hand seem personally involved…

Rafael has had one or maybe two transplants. Maybe he's out of donor now. But he must have done it hoping to keep his hair the way it is rather than shaving. I still think that people like Rafael or Larry David gain somethng aesthetically from having hair around the ears and sides.

On the looks stuff, I agree with @Pacho. Looks, and particularly hair, influence what others think of you and this is a component of happiness. You buy shoes that you like but when you go out approaching you always, to maximise your chances, wear the most stylish or fashionable one. Same for clothing or hairstyle or plenty of things. Baldness ruins men because of the way that they are treated in society, not because of their own opinion of how they look.

idk ivr seen good result with hair transplant, but nadal doesnt look good too then

for some reason even david beckham looks better then nadal (even when he isnt faking it with topic etc) because the difference betwwen sides and top are not that strong

but i have to admit maybe it looks better with topic and spray hair…

Beckham looks better than Nadal because he has more hair. Simple. And if it's fibres then it's the illusion of more hair.

Nadal is the kind of hair transplant result that most guys can expect. NW5 or beyond would be happy with that, I think.

does he? i think its just that he doesnt grow it out

maybe i have to apologize to @vondoom maybe its just personal preference from me, because i actually think he (beckham) looks ok here but for some reason i get triggered by people with sh*t density who grow their hair out very long. the worst for me are guys with receeding and thinning everywhere but for some reason still try to rock shoulder length hair lol, reminds me of gollum

yeah and nobody was talking about that... sure that tennis dude looks bad... if its dry, it didnt look that bad... got to admit i got no interest in sports and i just saw some pics on google, they might have been old...

i on the other hand am surprised now that you say beckham looks good here... i got no opinion on beckham and his hair, but according to what you said he looks like sh*t (im honestly indifferent, overall he looks okay)^^

grown out horseshoe sucks as much as baseball caps... im absolutely into aging rockers, but too much is too much^^

i cant explain it really loool

i think beckham looks fine but with nadal i get triggered. no idea why. i think its really just because nadal grows his hair out long even though density is compared to beckham probably the same

so its just personal prefence from me, i learned sth about me today

always wonder why those dudes dont get a transplant... or maybe they cant take finasteride, or whatever...
people wouldnt care unless you are too far gone like prince william, or acting like an idiot about it like lebron...
but with that cash i would go every year (or until my donor hair runs out^^)...
