Guarantee it. You're young. Your follicles have only been gone less than a year or two. That's 100% reversible. You have a >90% chance with just finasteride and minoxidil 5% twice daily.

If that doesn't cause significant improvement by a year, switch to dutasteride + minoxidil 5% or add RU 5% to your finasteride & minoxidil.

There are so many treatment options and combos these days.

Cure is out ? really ?

Take dutasteride once you reach 18 and binge on transplants. You'll have thick donor.

Dutasteride at 18 ? Geez, maybe he should start with finasteride at this age, and not nuking 98% of his DHT in his late puberty...

Medically it's approved in Japan for over 18, licensed for male pattern baldness. Sure give finasteride a try, but it might not hold onto his hair. I wouldn't bother with Minoxidil in his position - an archaic messy life treatment. Pills and plugs. He is still a Norwood 2 but he's right, looks to be thinning.

If one is that bothered by hair loss and could go bald in their actual youth, I don't think dutasteride is an extreme treatment. I draw the line there, the other treatments are eunuch builds.

Yeah well, better make sure his puberty is really finished here, 18 is an average fixed age cause most of men have done puberty, but in fact, it may expand to 21 for some

Cure has always been available if you're in the nw2 range and have only been losing a year or two. Just depends on how aggressive you have to go and if you're willing to swallow it.

My opinion from what I've seen. Many of us can regrow that amount of hair even a decade later with the right meds. For guys this early the probability is high.

It also has to be established whether a person aged 18 and living in North Africa has access to oral minoxidil and oral cyto...

My hair is f*****g ridiculous. I don't know why i'm losing it incredibly fast. I'm not supposed to even lose it at this age, but also that fast ? I was basically a thick NW1 last year, but now i'm approaching a thin NW3 ? IN ONE YEAR ? Heck, even two weeks ago my hair was better. At this rate i'm going to be NW4 or something in 2 years (19 years old), so shits fucked up. I've been shedding much lately (+250 hairs a day) and i'm receding and thinning at the same time it's driving me crazy. My only hope now is Finasteride if it doesn't stop my rapid lose, then i'm doomed.

Here are some pictures of my shitty hair now.

I had better success with dutasteride once a week

It's okay. It doesn't matter now anymore. It was over from the beginning, i stand no chance in this world. All i can do now is lay down and rot in peace.
can you post a pic of your hair not pulled back, just the style you use.
my hair is similar when pulled back, but the way I style it looks like a NW1

agree I use min 2-3 times a week - couldn't imagine applying every day twice a day.

stanx I told you a couple months ago, it's ultra aggressive, n you need min now, n finasteride when you can. I also told you not to listen to the people stating it was not aggressive, and how they see no loss, and bdd and whatever. You need to at least try, f*****g now, you'll feel better you're at least giving it a go and in the process of doing something, rather than nothing.

I'll try Avodart 0.5 MG and see if i'm getting any results. I'm still 17, but i can't waste more time.

Make sure you use minoxidil 5% twice daily also. If you can't handle dutasteride, drop to finasteride & add RU. If you can't handle finasteride, try to manage on 7-10% RU + minoxidil 5% topically twice daily. If that doesn't hold it, well there's always the darolutamide experiment.

I'll handle anything, i don't care about any side effects as long as i'm seeing results. I'll try Dutasteride for few months and see what happens and then will add minoxidil to the regimen. No sex drive, undeveloped body, man boobs, etc. I'll handle all of those if i'm getting my hair back.

That makes no sense. You should use dutasteride and minoxidil together from the start. You have over a 95% chance of regrowing hair with the combination but a much lower with just one out of the two.

I just wanted to see the results of dutasteride alone, but there's no time, i'll also use minoxidil with it. Also, will 60 ML bottle be enough for a month or should i buy more ?

2 mL twice a day = 4 mL per day. 60 mL will last 15 days.

have you tried finasteride?

no need for dutasteride until you've tried finasteride

No, but my hair loss is extremely aggressive, so i need the most effective treatment out there before time runs out.
