Don't see any thinning at all. Could it be that you are noticing you normal hair attributes? And the more you look, the more you focus on something that isn't actually an issue?

Strong light, plus camera exposure, plus dark fine straight hair and a light coloured scalp can look like thinning - it can often be just a contrast issue.. You hair looks perfectly normal and dense. Look at the volume too - it is very good.

Male Pattern Baldness presents in a typical pattern. Temples, forelock, mid scalp, crown. Just because you can see scalp in the conditions mentioned above, it does not automatically mean you are diffuse thinning. Your hair is parted, you will see scalp.

I've said on here many many times, my hair is very much like yours, I would see photos from my 20's where light reflected off my head and it looked like balding. Fast forward to 41, no change.

You also mentioned in another post that you father has a full head of hair at 50, while not conclusive, it does give you a good indication that you may follow his route with your hair.

However, no one is ever completely safe from male pattern baldness, so if you really do think you're balding, visit a dermatologist who is known for specialising in hair loss. I'm pretty confident they will say you're fine right now.

I would suggest you're still to young for finasteride or dutasteride. You could potentially limit the size of your potential dick gains. Micro needling, scalp massage, inversion, few 10 min walks a day. Rosemary and peppermint oil, castor oil.... I would do everything none pharmaceutical until 25 or so.

It Doenst look like it but I'm 7.6 inch but yeah otherwise I look like a child witouht a beard that's fucked up. I don't know realy I started 0.5g since 2 weeks cause I cannot imagine to live without hair even thinning hair is sh*t

It's low dose topical. It doesn't stop the conversion to DHT which is the most androgenic hormone in your body and responsible for male characteristics ie dick size..... Estrogen is very important in the male body including sex drive and erection. Obviously too much estrogen is not good and can naturally be an issue for some men. But low dose topically on your scalp likely isn't going to affect your dick. Why do you say systemic? He's not eating it as one would with finasteride. How's the rope working? Do you apply it twice a day lol

You don't even know if he has hairloss. Not knowing anything he's tried or not tried you just recommend a treatment that could potentially limit the size of his genitalia for life? Why do you only take it every other day? Did you have sides? This shouldn't be the first line of treatment for somebody as young as him, extremely reckless and stupid!
