Dude I'm jelly...If I gain fat and say get around 18% bf it goes to my midsection and face. I gotta stay around 14% at the MOST. Srsly if you did a solid 6 weekish cut you'd probably be shredded brah. Feels good to see striations in the chest along with clear cut definition elsewhere.

I did a pretty extreme weight loss before my holiday where I cut like 14 pounds in 10 days, put on about half of it since (around the 195 pound mark at 5'10).

That was a bit overboard and actually dangerous, like 500 calories a day with a lot of cardio and enough weight training.

I worked similarly as hard when I first started training and got trim quickly. I guess my problem is when it comes to cutting, I don't really have a middle gear for consistent nutrition and training for a few months, too impatient.

But next week I'll try get into it again (I've been saying this for 3 weeks now).

But at 186 pounds and still over 20% bf I was looking actually toned, so I really should take advantage of this. If I can get near even 15% I could probably coast maintaining that BF and bulking.

I've gone on about 90 dates in the span of 5 years and I've fucked 30 women during that time span, almost all average to above average. Only one of those girls was hot and one of them was below average/ugly.
