seriously though. did u look through ur poo b4 u did the cleanse so u know wat it looks like without parasites, it thats wat they r.

how do u know these things werent in ur poo b4.

getting a liver function test would answer the question of whether ur liver is functioning properly.

it's not like that. A liver flush due to the Epsom salts and stuff produces very watery...... results. lol

You basically just get lots of green globules floating on top of the water, which depending on who you ask are bile, olive oil or stones lol You also got different colours of stones and grit and all sorts. But I also get lots of thin, rolled up "tomato skins" of anywhere between red and yellow but usually yellow. Lots and lots of them, floating on the water (which far from everyone gets, and they are considered almost unequivocally on places like Curezone to be flukes. I mean I just did a liver flush - what the hell else are they? lol)

Plus, when I do garlic cleansing and stuff I do see little worms. But whatever man I don't actually care that much what you think, some people just don't believe things no matter what. I know what I saw, and I know what they are.

So... yeah :)

Hmm I didn't recall seeing any green globules floating but I could hardly see anything because the lighting was bad and...everything was just a mess down there.

It seems like I'm still feeling the effects of the flush. My stomach is still making the same noises it did while I was doing the flush and I still feel like going to the bathroom pretty frequently. Also, without going into too much detail, I see what looks like yellow spots on my waste...kind of like some residue stuck in them. I'm sure this is due to the flush as well because I don't recall seeing much of this in the past. Anyways I feel like the flush has already had some positive effects. My skin tone looks pretty clear now although I still have acne marks. Before I used to have a few red spots here and there but now my skin tone looks completely even.

Wow I'm really glad to hear that!

And the spots.. I dunno really. Are you still experiencing like "watery" or diarrhoea-like stools (this is all TMI I know, but I'm used to it all by now to be honest!!) or are you back to normal?

The watery stools are probably just down to the Epsom salts, as I think they cause lots of water to get flushed into the intestines. I might be wrong, but I think that's right.

Gemini do you have to disagree with everything that is considered alternative medicine? It's an incredibly broad term covering many, many disciplines and techniques, how can you just dismiss the whole lot outright?

EDIT - For example I don't just dismiss mainstream medicine like some people I know do, I pick and choose things from everywhere based on my own judgement. I would never just dismiss something without making the effort to understand it.

Well, since you ask, I've more than made an effort to understand it, I've felt first hand how damaging it can be and how utterly devoid of any moral values the entire money sucking herbal industry is.

I have yet to see any alternative "medicine" which is anything more than a fantastic money making vehicle which preys on peoples insecurities while doing far more harm in the world than good.

Sure, there are some things sold by these quacks which have genuine medicinal value, however those few things are massively exaggerated to convince people that the whole industry is in some way wholesome and "natural" and better than those nasty evil drug companies with all their science, research and actual clinical trials.

There is a reason our life expectancy is so high in the western world, massively higher in fact than the places this herbal crap is generally advertised as coming from, and all despite of our dreadful western diets and lazy lifestyles and evil pharmaceutical companies.

All that said, my reason for posting was to remind you to drink lots of fluid. Having just come out of hospital and having just spent several weeks doing an actual clinical liver flush, I can tell you first hand that you *must* drink lots of water or you can do a lot of harm to yourself and at the very least become dangerously dehydrated.

Ok, so, the obvious question... if you've done a liver flush why do you think they are nonsense?

And yes I do understand the importance of keeping yourself hydrated while you do something like this :) I know that diarrhoea is of course v dehydrating as a whole ton of water is being pumped into the intestines >.<

Because I was having gastric surgery and needed to dramatically reduce the size of my liver ahead of the surgery; i.e. there was a medical need for it for surgical reasons.

As an aside, as you might expect I had the whole procedure recorded on HD video and have several images of my liver. If you're interesting in seeing me on the inside and what a shrunken liver looks like after a brutal regimen let me know and I'll send you the link.

heh, no it's ok!

A liver flush such as the one Hulda Clark speaks about (as well as others) is simply forcing the liver and gallbladder to empty TONS of bile all in one massive go. It's just like eating a huge fatty meal, only with less sat fats and stuff and the inclusion of grapefruit to give the gallbladder an extra squeeze. It just.. I dunno, shoves out stones, sludge, toxins, dead bugs, bacteria, all that junk :)

No i'm not experiencing diarrhea so I'm back to normal. I still have these particles in my waste though, the best way to describe it is it looks like corn and no I'm not eating corn. I think I didn't completely eliminate what I was supposed to with the flush because last night I tried to get stuff out but I failed after an hour or so. I didn't have any preparation before the flush so this is probably why but I don't feel sick so I'm fine. I drink tons of water btw so that shouldn't be a problem, each few sips of epsom salt required a full bottle of water for me to wash down the taste.

The spots... I don't know. Two main things spring to mind. a) commonly white stone-like things come out after a liver flush and b) I get "white rice" that does look a bit like corn, and consider it a sign of possible tapeworms (as advised by CureZone and others). Other than that...... I really can't think of much else it could be.

If it's only since the flush though and you've done no parasite cleansing.. maybe they're just things still leaving the liver. Give it a while and see if they stop :)

Oh I don't mind them at all, it makes me feel like I'm cleansing out my system and I'm not in any pain/discomfort. Also my face doesn't look as unblemished as it did yesterday, I'm thinking this is because I reintroduced junk into my system when I ate the bad stuff I did yesterday. Maybe I'll experiment with this flush again sometime in the future and refrain from unhealthy foods to see if there are longer lasting benefits.

That's cool, but of course be wary of things like parasites, as the thing is no amount of healthy living will really kill the worst of them. That's why I'm reaching for the meds, because hell I mean, they'll do the job won't they? lol

If however your liver's bigger problem was fat of some kind (cholesterol, calcified stones, sludge, etc), then of course flushing and healthy living will have a larger impact, as that will get moved out and mopped up :)

Depends on the individual I think!

Does this liver flush have long lasting effects? I find myself needing to excrete waste about 2 or more times a day now, usually after I eat something. I also notice that my stomach makes some really silly noises which is kind of embarrassing sometimes. It's not a big deal to me but this is just a bit interesting.

Interesting. Type 2 diabetes is known to cause hair loss because of people being insulin resistant.

Yep.

And just for the record..in case anyone missed it...I'm not for taking drugs to deal with..especially if you don't know for sure if you have 'em...whatever you think is crawling around your liver.

Plenty of natural things to use though....for the fatty liver issue as well.

i dont think they r very healthy things to take either, but at least once he takes them he will know he is worm-free. I'm sure he is now, other than symbionic parasites that are in everyone, but he is sure he has them, so he should take the pills and forget about it.
