Probably related to the angle of the rays hitting the skin and how much it is exposed along with excessive oils from sebum and it's probably fried.

If you are bored of the diet then why not go on a lean bulk for three months and build up some strength.I've worked so f*****g hard in the past 2 years to lose 60 lbs. I now have a below average weight for my height. And it's not good enough.
But I've come to accept that as a man with narrow bones, particularly arms/wrists/hands/face (my shoulders and legs are comparatively good), I need to maintain a very low BF%. It's depressing but I need to lose another 15 or 20 lbs in addition to the 60 I need to keep off. At least I'm fasting again after a month of being depressed and gorging on food like a tool, and in a couple months I can hit the gym again. My surgery is next week.

It could do you morale and overall physique some good
Ah ok, just hold out for two months then.f*** man I would love to bulk. Go on creatine, and eat 3,500 calories a day, eggs+greens every morning alternating with yogurt+chia on the other days, go to the gym, do squats and bench presses and military presses.
That sounds amazing.
However, due to my surgery I cannot lift weights or exercise until April. So the most rational thing is to lose as much weight as possible in the next six weeks.
Are you on any PED's?
You can answer in PM
I don't judge but I am curious. Those shoulders look a little enhanced.

Lunch- 2 pieces of tilipia, spinich and kale salad with a bunch of assorted vegetables and olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
