I've worked so f*****g hard in the past 2 years to lose 60 lbs. I now have a below average weight for my height. And it's not good enough.

But I've come to accept that as a man with narrow bones, particularly arms/wrists/hands/face (my shoulders and legs are comparatively good), I need to maintain a very low BF%. It's depressing but I need to lose another 15 or 20 lbs in addition to the 60 I need to keep off. At least I'm fasting again after a month of being depressed and gorging on food like a tool, and in a couple months I can hit the gym again. My surgery is next week.
If you are bored of the diet then why not go on a lean bulk for three months and build up some strength.

It could do you morale and overall physique some good

f*** man I would love to bulk. Go on creatine, and eat 3,500 calories a day, eggs+greens every morning alternating with yogurt+chia on the other days, go to the gym, do squats and bench presses and military presses.

That sounds amazing.

However, due to my surgery I cannot lift weights or exercise until April. So the most rational thing is to lose as much weight as possible in the next six weeks.

Ah ok, just hold out for two months then.

FYI 3,500kcal is too much for a man of your size.

I bet you could lean bulk on 2,800kcal - that would be optimal muscle gain with min fat gain.

You have a better physique than many of the guys on the cover of men's health.

Don't forget David, that photo is with a pump. When I wake up in the morning with no pump I look like this:

What calories do you take when you are cutting?

Also what is your body weight and height?

202.6 when I woke this morning. 6'2.5" barefoot.

I don't track calories ever. Diet is pretty much this.

Breakfast- 1 cup of quick oats with 8-10 strawberries

Snack- 2 scoops of ON gold standard whey ISO

Lunch- 2 pieces of tilipia, spinich and kale salad with a bunch of assorted vegetables and olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.

Snack- can of tuna, scoop of whey.

Dinner- chicken breast inside a spinich salad. 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.

Before bed - casein whey protein.

Wow that's super lows carbs

I'm 6'0 but 185lb and 15% body fat.

I'm taking it down to 175 and roughly 11% before I go on a bulk again

Carbs make me feel exhausted.

A couple weeks ago I went to fat burger and ate 2 burgers, fries and a milkshake. I got home at 5pm and passed out until 7am the next day.
