No I was throwing up overall back pain, light headedness. Throwing up just to relief myself of the pain of my stomach. Took two days to recover fully. spironolactone started growing tits almost on the third day but I only had best chest pain on that

guys i'm tired af i can't handle topical anymore and started to develop lpp my only options are oral and systemic meds and even dutasteride and om at 5 mg are not stopping my hairloss ( the only thing that does strangely is using topical which i am so tired of to have my hair greasy af 24/7 and the ithc is unbreabale )

i think hrt is my only hope left tbh and i was wondering is there a way to do mesotherapy with oestradiol and keep it somewhat localized to the scalp? i found a Doctor that does bicalutamide meso and he told me there is no systemic sides in men soif i could dd the same for oestradiol it could be great.

i don't mind facial feminization ( and actually would want some of the skin rejuvenating effect of e ) but i know i woould kill myself if i get gyno . i got a high tolerance to antiandrogen tho as i can pop dutasteride pills like candies .

i'm asking you in all seriousness sine you seemknowledgable . if i use small doses and solely injected to the scalp do you think i can avoid gyno?

What you are saying does not make sense, injecting hrt into your scalp will not make your hair grow, the thing about using hrt is that it changes the hormones so that t stops being produced in greater quantities and the dominant hormone is estradiol, yes You inject small doses into your head, it's not going to do you anything at all.

thanks for the answer i am on dutasteride alrdy and about to start bica meso to target t and was hoping to add the estradiol to just raise my total e level . what i'm curious about is is it possible to raise estrogen to some " sweet " spot that would lead to slight regrowth or stabilization without getting gyno ? or even the tiniest amount of e will lead to gyno.

I'm afraid there is nothing, breast growth comes hand in hand as Adri has said below, you can use a binder if it is very noticeable, but in most cases it is barely noticeable, and if it is, many guys have gynecomastia naturally
