Unfortunately it's one of those things I am trying to force myself to accept despite how much I hate it. I try to focus on hobbies and other things to take my mind off it. It's still hard though.

I'm actually considering either SMP route or getting a hair system/wig (I'm leaning towards the former).

Don't worry, Tsuji is on the case. There's also Histogen, Follica Brotzu and others around the corner to look forward to as well. Androgenetic Alopecia will soon be a thing of the past.
