Man, majority of people at late thirties-early forties have a fullhead and defined face.
He is above average but look at those photos. He's receded and now looks very bald. I'm sure he applies a ton of product to his hair to appear less bald. Aldo models are hyper photoshopped.
If you want to see a God at every age, check George Clooney. Obviously hair is 50% of his looks but the rest is absolutely good.

We men can tell sagging tits from good tits under clothes, we can judge an *** in less than one second and evaluate a woman very thoroughly.
Women do that too. Many women told me that they check some things in men (height, hair, eyes, hands, smile) and evaluate as we do with tits and ***. They dissect your hair, but many times they can't tell it's balding, they just feel it's ugly, like we do with ***.
