I said Islamic extremists. There are more, like the Taliban. They don't necessarily discriminate between those two religious deviations. The mourning parents of those dead and burried children can testify to that. But, yeah there are those who mainly attack one of the two groups.
All Islamic terrorist groups are Sunnis who mainly attack Shiites. There is a rivalry going on between all terrorist groups. But for the most part, it is a religious divide, a fight against these Shiites who hold position of power in the government, and a fight against white civilization

Europe creates these migrants, agrees to take them in, and then fails to assimilate them.

The door to Europe is wide open. Of course it's a policy failure.

Do you not understand the purpose of a ****ing government?
Please explain to me how Europeans have failed to assimilate these migrants.
By the tone of your posts, you seem very hesitant to put any blame on the terrorists detonating the bomb.

Tone? Why the **** are you looking at tone rather than explicit content?

I've been clear, I've compared these terrorists to stray dogs. I blame the owner and not the dog, though yes the dog should be put down.

You mean this:

Please explain to me how Europeans have failed to assimilate these migrants.

Simple, they're not integrating. In France for example:

These statistics have been adjusted for educational qualifications. Additionally, in comparison to a 5% overall employment rate for people of French origin, 26.5% of university graduates with North African backgrounds are unemployed.1 According to a survey conducted by the Pew Global Attitudes Project in 2006,2 unemployment is the biggest concern of European Muslims.
http://www.euro-islam.info/country-profiles/france/

Those are some pretty awful numbers. Unemployment is obviously a barrier to assimilation, as is well known. European governments should not take in more immigrants than their societies can handle. The civil servants who estimate immigration capacity should be fired and replaced by more competent people.

More recently they have created refugee crises in Libya and Syria. Now, millions of refugees need to be relocated. It's much harder to assimilate a flood than a trickle. Do you want me to explain why or do you agree that this is obviously clear? IMO they should have allowed Ghadaffi and Assad to continue successfully fighting terrorists.

As it is now there are millions of unemployed losers throughout Europe, and the only thing in their life giving them any support is religious fanaticism. Expect more of the same.

France can only blame itself for the amount of migrants in ****ty situation here.
Not so long ago Algeria was French, and Morocco was almost fully colonized too.
From mid 1800's we segregated the people there, called them indigens, denied their rights. Some of them fought for our country, and a lot of them came in as cheap labour force when the economical circumstances were propitious. After the independance war, we put these Algerians in camps.
Now the situation is as you describe and there's nothing we can do about it.

More recently they? have created? refugee crises in Libya and Syria. Now, millions of refugees need to be relocated. It's much harder to assimilate a flood than a trickle.

By "they" I assume you mean countries like USA and others (INCLUDING AUSTRALIA*) who's clever original idea it was to invade the country next door to Syria in 2003 and in doing so, completely destabilised the entire middle east region, allowing extremists like ISIS to thrive in the vacuum that was created. This is at least 70% to blame for what is happening now.

Also it's easy to sit there and preach and pontificate about immigration policy when you're in an Oceanic island country thousands of miles away from any of the fallout of the Iraq and Syria wars. The stiffest immigration policy in the world could not fix western european countries circumstances, given where they lie geographically (though I agree Belgium and France governments attitude to immigration and integration is indeed soft as shyte!... would be just as bad in the UK still, if that asshat, IS-sympathiser, Jeremy Corbyn got into power)

Europe is practically in the middle east's backyard geographically, so affluent, landlocked, western european countries like France and Beligum are the first ones who have had to suffer the fallout from America's totally ***-backwards foreign policy in the middle east over the last 15 years.

They went in like cowboys with their head up their asses and rattled up the islamic hornet's nest and now we are left paying the cost and cleaning up this mess...if anything America should be footing the bill for all of this sh*t.

Except you forgot the part that most migrants coming in are not even refugees who is in need of help. These are strong men coming from places others than Syria. Crime has gone up, rape has gone up, violence has gone up, terrorism is booming right now. Assimilation or not, the migrant crisis has created absolute chaos. And now reports are saying that Muslim neighborhoods helped hide the terrorist from the Paris attacks.. Lots of Muslims agree in a Shariah Law. Lots of Muslims are not helping take down ISIS.

No doubt its the leftist governments fault for opening up borders. We need right-wing parties to fix this nonsense. And sure, it started with destabilizing the Middle East. But I assure you, it has never been peaceful in Middle Eastern history, nor African history.

Just witness the absolute mayhem caused by these animals.
