I want to see if 2.5% is actually more effective than 5%. because then using the 5 will just be a waste of money. apparently CB has a steep efficiency curve at around 7% or so. but we HAVE to get something going, there is at least 10 people interested alone on this thread right now. It depends on several factors. What concentraion of cb you are making and how often you apply.

sadly, these are not results we can expect since this one was conducted using https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iontophoresis Iontophoresis which improves absorption by a looot and brings CB directly to the receptors. thats why the 1% in that study was so effective, in reality 1% will just die and linger around in the skin and never reach it's target from my understanding. maybe needling can help but these results are insane, they had like 28hair count on a cm^2 if you calculate it. better than dutasteride. sadly we can't do iotophorensis at home and without supervision

They use Iontophoresis to make sure that CB reached the follicle and hence, able to prove that CB worked. Topical always sucks by all means, due to absorption issue (thats what human's skin is for, to prevent foreign sh*t from entering the body). Btw, thats why 7.5% was tested, they already stated this. In fact, I hope there is a 10% version when they rolled out.

thats exactly what I said yo. do you think micro needling would make the lower doses more effective? needling just 0.5mm can increase absorption quite dramatically because it creates micro channels. so doing 0.25-0.5mm of needling should be helpful right?

you are wrong, this doesn't mean that the study was only 4 weeks, if you read it, it says 4 weeks after completion where they measured it. so it seems that even after not applying it for weeks the effect gained in positivity. which is weird
