Institutional money getting involved, number of users increasing about 15% per month, also there is similar to a square relationship in price of bitcoin and the number of users on bitcoin reddit which I check regularly and it’s a good signal of hardcore community exposure.

Various projects rolling out network features, achieving scaling and speed goals and more usecases arising feeding back into more people buying. 2018 is going to be huge, I’m seeing potentially 10x gains if we get the same increase in the user base plus various hedge funds in crypto ariving plus etfs and the futures working smoothly. Then maybe a slow down after that. Compared to other asset classes it can feasibly get to the 5 trillion mark in the short term with its intrinsic utility and is only about 270b right now.

uh how do I make money

Get one of these to store crypto safely and stop yourself getting hacked. Takes Bitcoin, Ethereum, BCash and other alts.

https://www.ledgerwallet.com/r/ac3d

If you have disposable income or investments, even 10 grand will go a long way if you're willing to hold for the long term and secure them properly with a hardware wallet like that. The bulk of money has already been made but there is still potential for another 10-20x short term gains in the next five years, it also secures you against a crash in financial markets as it is the only store of value outside of that system and not hugely owned or controllable by central banks or government, like gold.

I bought some bitcoin at 5,5k 15 days ago and more at 6,1k 11 days ago.

Already it has reached 9k lol.

Just cashed out. Hoping for a little dip and I'll buy in again.

EDIT: Bah these numbers aren't quite right. My buying prices were in Euros, but 9k mark is for dollars. Still went up a lot.

DUUUDE. Never cash out, unless you're a trader and actually understand technical analysis indicators, fundamental analysis of the market and market dynamics + how sentiment effects short term pricing you'll never win.

Wouldn't be surprised if this run goes to close to 11k USD before another correction, recently doublingish from the bottom trough of recent corrections the last of which was at 5700.

You'll never beat the risk/return and effort level of buying and holding in this market, at least for the next few years.

How can you major in liberal arts? Thats a whole field, not a major

And are there lots of other chads?

Yeah Finance degree and liberal arts with a major in English but at least at the uni I went to "major" didn't really mean a whole lot, most of my courses in arts were just random subjects from a range of faculties, psychology, film, European studies, anthropology, music and probably some others I'm forgetting.

Especially in my arts courses half the guys were hyper chads. f*****g depressing sh*t and in all my years there I literally saw like 3 people past norwood 2. Bastards.

Don't worry at least in the subjects I did in the faculty half the texts and analysis were either feminist theory related or anti-colonialist and postmodernist attacks on white people.
Lol even with feminazi propaganda how in earth do they skim over the fact that 90% of everything was made by whites and the rest by ancient chinese? Lawl

BTC will correct when it hits $9500 and come down to $7000 range, which will make it a nice buy then. That is likely to happen in the next 48hrs.

I'll literally catch a plane to where you live, suck your dick and swallow if that happens it is so utterly unlikely. Unless it is the result of a Bcash pump zero summing it.

geez, any excuse to suck dick in this forum...
the smart ones will set their sell orders at $9500 but the real correction will happen at $10k and it will dip to $7k; BCash will benefit, probably pumping to $2.5k in the process but it is more of a market correction than a BCash pump that will take place.

It won't. It will get to 11000 before it dips to 7k and if it did it certainly wouldn't happen within 2 days. Would need to be some sort of major FUD event like a tether implosion to hit it down that hard.

Institutional money coming in, hundreds of thousands of new users a day across various exchanges, there is a reason this is going up.

Ripple is dodgy as f***. Too centralised and honestly the founders benefits are unethical as f***, literally a project designed to make the founders rich. Only reason people are interested in it is because of the bank affiliation, problem is banks aren't interested in the volatility of the underlying currency XRP and are more likely to set up private blockchains using similar tech than use XRP itself in the longterm. Too much reliance on the current fiat banking system and real economy usecases, when cryptos biggest potential benefit is that it can be removed from this.

Brah, you're predictions on cryptos have not been doing well so far.

I'm thinking of this thread https://www.hairlosstalk.com/interact/threads/guys-lets-all-get-rich-are-you-ready.106353/

Bitcoin up to 9,3k now..

I use shopping therapy year round to help me feel better. I try to keep it under control (= buying non-expensive things). Usually it's used books or clothes on sale. Today I bought 3 small wallets for keeping my keys (I already have a few) from chinese shops. 1.5+3.5+4 euro. My studio apartment is littered with bought crap.

Same here, shopping therapy always helps. It helps me forgetting about the constant depression and daily humiliations.

Eth and Btc + maybe a small amount of Bch to hedge the Btc. $1000 btc, $200 bch, $800 eth. The risk/return for these is much better than the alt-market which is still very overheated in general.

Iota, Lisk, Power ledger, Monero, Verge, Neo all quality projects too but I don't think their potential is any better than btc or eth looking at their current market caps.

Yes but do it after the correction, not before. I'm a big fan of Verge, long due for a pump really

I agree, Verge is still quite cheap in market cap terms too. Favourite priv coin apart from Monero.
