Tbh 200mg spironolactone didn't really make me have to go to the toilet that often, and i drink tons of water. No big hassle really.

I know that they shrink while taking AA/E2 as unused organs dissapear, and I heard that Its irreversible... so when you stop taking drugs, your testicles produce less androgens so lower fertility or permanent infertility occur right? And it dont produce as much androgens as it should? Im right?

Chemical castration is somewhat reversible. At least, in most cases. Maybe asking @bridgeburn if he is able to tell the difference now he stopped hrt.

While doing hrt you can still rub some T on your balls and exercise your penis twice a week to avoid shrinkage and atrophy. Even if you are losing the desire to do so because libido is gone, it's still highly recommended.

Good question. you can get away with total on both T and E. If you add an extra SHBG test, there is a formulae that lets' you calculate the free T and E respectively. Note that if you use bica, T levels in serum level become meaningless.

I know but this wasnt a shedding, I whas using finasteride for about 8 months and it whas a complete hell, I had increase Oily skin. High libido. Acne all over my scalp, Red itchy burning scalp, Also developed new body hairs on my shoulder. I whas a norwood 1 for ever and i whas more of a diffuse thinner all over my scalp but once i started finasteride it made my hairline go from norwood 1 to norwood 1.7ish.

I am using coconut oil to cool my burning head. My head is always dry and itchy with dandruff. If I use ketoconozol shampoo it goes even more dry and hair become thin and fragile.
