I don't mean to be offensive toward @bridgeburn ... I envy him a lot.

I look older since I started HRT :/

It does not happen. Due to gastric problems, estrogen may not be absorbed. There can be a lot of reasons. I think that he may have many other problems with health and collagen synthesis and cell regeneration. I have already said that what you eat is reflected in your hair. I would like to hear what exactly. If you eat semi-finished products then you will have problems not only with hair. If you are doing exactly this way and standard methods do not help you, you first need to improve your health and not your hair.

I take estradiol sublingual and have injection. My estradiol level is pretty high now (I want to see if there is some improvement, still nothing of course)..
So, it does happen.

Are you sure that wasn’t the shedding that minoxidil caused? spironolactone is week, but strong enough at 100-200mg. If Cypro took months to help you, then maybe I just need to wait which honestly sucks because I’m not having a good start to this.

Nah I wasn't on minoxidil when I was on spironolactone. It was because of the spironolactone shedding that I hopped on oral minoxidil.

Ah, ok that’s unfortunate. I don’t think spironolactone is going to help me either. I haven’t ever had a positive hair reaction with anti androgens in general. I don’t know how long I’m going to give it because most people on it or who have been on it say they knew quickly that it helped. I have no real reduction in oil or itch anywhere and I’m on 125-150 a day depending on how it makes me feel.

I do get chest pains, shakiness, and my sex erections are definitely weaker. That’s for sure, so I know it’s legit. I wish I could just fuckin respond to something for once and move on already lol. Not going down the estrogen route because spironolactone has shown signs of gyno with me by the second day.

If it's any consolation Ziggy I didn't respond to finasteride or spironolactone either.. I did to cypro and oral minoxidil though.. Maybe you should give them a try? They have literally saved my youth!

Yeah I may order Cypro from In-house. I’m honestly afraid of it totally killing my dick and finishing off gyno that spironolactone started hahah.
