As a bi sexuall guy like myself I would rather be bald than get gyno or become a weak manlet. U aint straight at all stop lieing to yourself, get out of the closet already you are hella confused.
I don't produce sperm and I don't get morning woods, but I have a libido high enough to go at it once a day. My libido was gone for the first 2 months when I was using 2 mg daily, but switching to full hrt with Injections brought it back.
I'm using Estradiol Benzoate injections, 3.5 mg every 4 days intramuscular; 50 mg of bica, 5 mg of oral minoxidil and 1.25 mg of finasteride.
I've always had a thin complexion (like timothée chalamet), so I haven't lost any muscles. And I have gyno surgery appointed for early July.
When I had thin hair, before oral minoxidil, I would be so insecure it caused problems with my long term gf.. she wasn't superficial and said she was still attracted to me and I was still handsome; but loosing confidence made me jealous of her friends and stuff like that.

yeah that side sucks... I hope it goes away with low dose bica + low dose e2. Although from Dani's experience, it seems like it doesn't.

Even dutasteride and finasteride gave me low semen production and retrograde ejaculation and I cannot live with that. I don't feel like a man anymore, it aint fun having this issue. And hella embarrasing when having sex, Seeing your sperm struggle to get out of your penis is no fun, I feel like an old man. But you do you man.
i understand you, a lot of men wouldn't touch finasteride just because they fear loosing that crazy libido. If most men saw their semen production going to 0, they would go crazy. I had retrograde ejaculation when my dutasteride stack ran up and I took dutasteride + tamsulosin for a few weeks. It feels horrible... if that was a side effect from hrt, I wouldn't touch it.
you can't live with low semen production, I can't live with hairloss. I mean, I even wouldn't want to have sex with my gf sometimes, trying to feel sexy and in the mood for sex isn't fun when you are depressed and with 0 confidence. I would think to myself: she's so sexy and beautiful, she could be with any guy, and she's stuck with me.

Tbh I cant live without my hair either. Dutasteride made my hair worse after 1.5 years anyways and I ended up Ejaculating 1 drop of sperm. Then switched to finasteride and had retrograde ejaculation. I wanna find a way to reduce this horrible Side effect, thats why im now trialing a low dose topical finasteride and added other stuff with it. Im done with orals for Good, only taking 2mg oral minoxidill atm.

Your hair is very good, it's hydrated, supple, your skin looks great, and your therapeutic regimen seems solid, I've already done exactly the same, except for the injections because I used it in intradermal gel.
I identified with you a lot because, like all of us, you felt insecure with your hairless appearance, or with your diffuse thinning of your head,I felt the same way too, I can't be a hypocrite because I did the same and if I went back in time, maybe I would do it again, and again. But I'm here to tell you to start thinking about maintenance, your result is already great! I think from now on you can start thinking about it. I passed this way BICA+E2 I spent more than 2 years on these drugs alternating with CPA sometimes, fina and minoxidil too, when I arrived when I reached more or less 1 year of treatment, I had intolerable side effects and even so, I stayed another year in the treatment, and it took me a while to return to normal after a long time far from "treatment". In the beginning the result makes us stay.
But listen to me, I've been there, do the treatment, get your result and get out of there, in the long term this is not sustainable, believe me I spent more than 2 year on it.
Already start thinking about maintenance.
The most toxic thing for your prostate is estradiol, it greatly increases your chances of cancer because estradiol by definition causes Prostate Hyperplasia, by definition estrogens cause disturbances in the prostate epithelium (it will triple your chance of cancer even using AR receptor inhibitors) .
On the other hand, AR inhibitors, even though they come with serious side effects and some lucky ones even deadly, from seizures, severe anemia, bone marrow hypofunction and so on, by joining HRT you are changing your hormonal profile to an estrogenic profile(XX) you are still a XY your body reacts differently to hormonal imbalance. Your body craves testosterone derivatives and will try to do anything to get it.
and in addition men on female hormone replacement therapy should be concerned about the increased risk of DVT (Deep vein thrombosis).
I could spend a day talking about the collateral, but who will dictate that is your genetics, in the end it's a revolver with 6 shots, but only with one bullet, turn the revolver's barrel and cog it without seeing if that's where the bullet is or not, and push the trigguer. I think whoever is here knows.
But the longer the treatment, the more rounds by the revolver with 1 bullet.
Great results, continue to your goal and when you reach it, rethink.
