U have to realise that if not even hrt can stop your baldness by 100% then cutting balls off wont either. Even OP could maintain his hrt hair with just dutasteride and he had aggressive genes LOL. You basically use hrt and cutting balls off for nothing in the end if u cant stop hairloss completely. One day you will be bald with tits and no testicles. 90% of men get thin hair in their 60s anyways so you arent alone.

Even women don't have a perfect hairline. I'd say Cutting balls is beyond sanity. Adri is completely losing it.

He is not crazy because HRT, is going that far because androgenic alopecia.
hrt should be the last step.

yeah we are in the same boat it seems.
Im now starting cypro and e2 after a year of dutasteride did nothing and make my hair worse.This is my last try
i dont know a lot about it but it seems that theres a chance that he is still balding cause of its continued changes in the regimen.

It won't, actually a lot of users discarded hrt after getting the desired results. Unless you are mentally challenged who believes cutting ur balls will turn you into cis woman then this is a different story.

If you don’t see any sign of progression in 3 months you can quit the medication, you won’t be a responder.
I’ve used really high dosages of HRT, like 150mg bica daily and 4MG estradiol valerate every 4 days, it didn’t change my mind or my behavior, not even my sex drive and sperm production. The problems only came after I quit the med, I presume I had no sexual hormones for a month till my body start producing again, i was producing 0 sperm, I could have an orgasm but with 0 outcome. Also I got gum recession in this time.

Yep but if I lose access to hrt(which lately could be because there are stock issues) I dont have to worry about T anymore. Also I intend to mimic women cycles (higher and lower estradiol levels during a week) maybe that way my hair will do better(def my igf-1 will do)

It don’t work like that, and you know. If remove balls grows your hair back you would have plenty of old man cancer survives with heads full of hair.

I think u dont understand what I said. I will do it to not care about estradiol anymore, idc about hair, it's so over for mine, I will never be on T anymore

dutasteride also made hair wayy worse faster for me. But I already got permanent sides from using finasteride and dont want more so im staying far away from hrt.
So hrt didn’t work?
