I might end up getting surgically castrated... After castration, I would stop using all anti-androgens and just stick to estrogen and oral minoxidil. Although, I am trying to think of a regimen that could be long term.
Man don’t do this. Wig + balls >>> hair + no balls.

I agree that Full head of hair will boost your confidence but it is not worthy to trade with your balls. Why do you prefer no balls over a decent wig?
No balls is the same as talking heavy dosage of anti androgen except that it is healthier for your liver and kindney because AA are bad in the long term and many trans women report building resistance to spironolactone and cpa after years of use plus it has a half life which spike your androgen thru out the day, on the other hand, surgical castration, is very easy, sustainable and healthier, if u want hair for the rest of your life, plus u can get fake balls implanted if an empty scrotum bothers you, I can't implant because I accidentally cut my scrotum on the way, iam stupid, and my infection traveled toward the penile nerve and damaged my penis nerve forever, now my dick doesn't work and it is cold, numb, blue and shrinking, but I will still live my hair over that

Hair > wig > balls
I have heard that after 5 years + use of high dosage of anti androgen and estradiol, your balls will shrink to a pea size and will sometimes retract and join your abdomen cavity, this is soo painful and need a surgery, you know what surgery? Bilateral orchidectomy. They will remove because it is very dangerous to keep they inside the abdomen as the risk of cancer and infection increases, so guys you are already trading your balls for hair, it is just about time and you will lose them just like me :), be happy cuz balls are ugly and we love hair over every thing, I jumped to surgical castration because I hate taking anti androgen for the rest of my life

I can't get errctions and my sex drive is nuked despite being on 8mg of estradiol, sex is over for me, my penis is damaged and my balls are gone, and I hate a*** so, it doesn't cross my mind anymore but I still enjoy partnership and love

But do you belief that you will be able to ever find a partner? Because sex is one of the most important things in a healthy relationship.Or are you looking for an asexual girl?

there are countless ways to enjoy your partner beside sex, if I stay strong and confident, I am sure there will be someone out there for me, I better focus on building other aspects of my life such as academic achievement and getting skillful and improving my hobbies, hair loss doesn't cause me trouble anymore, it was a nightmare haunting me but now I am finally out, my initial logic was to become a child once again as puberty damaged my physicality and mental health

Well I am glad that you don't have any second thoughts. But I do think that your chances of finding a partner are significantly reduced, but there must be some asexual girls that don't care about sex at all.

Don’t consider it brother. You are a gay not a transgender. If you are so desperate please consider hair system. Having a wig is far batter than no balls between legs.

Did you assume my gender? :) lol
I always hated my balls. It would be wonderful to remove them. No more pain (since I’m 12), no more itchy scalp (maybe), no more hair loss, no more antiandrogens. I won’t make children because I have a genetic disease and because as you said I’m gaaaaaayyyy.
No balls is better than a wig......... but I’m still waiting for regrowth after almost 2 years........ Aa are not always the cure.

balls are stinky and itchy and are annoying as they got on your way, my bike rides are so much smoother now and I don't have to worry about getting kicked down there, they are the factories of testosterone and DHT, little evil bastards who make us bald and ugly!

Yeah you are right, i got mesmerized about the success stories that i forgot about the exceptions, but anyways, most of them, even on that site, have better success than all the trialed drugs in the world, or techniques, beating a lot of hair transplants fact that it's over my power of understanding, i mean i get that it works, but the cosmetic industry seems like ignoring all this facts just to get money out of nothing for longer and longer periods of time...
I'm not saying let's all transition just to keep our hair but maybe their attention should be more focused on this part, maybe somewhere hidden is something that everybody misses...
But as long as they are making tons of money anyways selling mostly nothing, what's the point correct ?

And about the receptors sensitivity how can you know more about this sensitivity, i mean, there are guys that get bald at 20 full head, some don't get fully bald not even in a lifetime, for example my dad has hair on his head and back and laterals at 85 years old, he stopped balding since 50 or something like that and no hair loss progress since then, my brother has kind of the same as him, but we have different mothers, i got the most aggressive one of them all, even if i am 33 and still have some fair share of hair on my head, but going fast especially in the last years after i passed 30, it accelerated real bad. I am thinking that i got it from my mothers side maybe, but not even her dad had this kind at my age....

I saw a lot of guys like i saw one yesterday also with a great transplant that had hair removed from the back of his head and from his chest, hair that is supposed to not be DHT sensitive, and with all that and with a great transplant success, he was still recommended to take Propecia for 1 year... And i understood it was to prevent the falling of his natural left hair after the transplant...

This part i never got it, if the hair you implant is not DHT sensitive, it really lasts "a lifetime" or it has a chance even if it's a small one, too fall or get sensitive also after a period, and why is this happening ?

And also, how can you predict your pattern, when the balding will stop, if it's gonna stop, are you gonna be like your father, brother or one of the grandparents ? I saw some clinics that make a trichology test too see how much of your left hair is sensitive and in which stage is the miniaturization, it costs 100 euros, they make the test and after send it in Germany for analysis....

I would not go for a transplant without some sort of analysis that can at least predict this, we have a "star" here in my country that had 7 hair transplants and it's the worst thing i even seen, his hair is still falling and the one implanted looks like sh*t in terms of density, no point in doing it if your hair loss is so aggressive i guess...

I really don't get this part with non-sensitive follicles implanted and after falling or becoming DHT sensitive, especially if they are transplanted from the chest for example, and with this whole pattern and if somebody has some knowledge on this i would really appreciate your input...
Full heads going bald at 20 have super duper sensitive follicles - usually those are the ones you will eventually see with the culdasac horse shoe slick head. My brother never had thick hair, always fine, but he still has his hair in his 40's - just not his teenage head of hair.
Director George Lucas still has a good head of hair in his old age, but not as good as when he filmed the first Star Wars in the 70's - no matter how much you have we'll all lose some.

At what rate we'll lose hair is hard to predict, ever heard of the saying baldness skips a generation? I don't entirely agree with it, but anyone in your genealogy can carry the baldness gene that you could inherit from your parents recessive genes - even though both might have good heads of hair. I'm not familiar with the German analysis but it does sound interesting, how accurate it is might be a different story.

I think even hairs in the back of our head thin as we age, and more for some than others. I have a friend who is thinning all over, if he got a hair transplant 20 years ago the scar in the back of his head would now look visible - making him look like he had brain surgery. The thought of transplants makes my stomach woozy.

Man, you are a student of medical science. If hair loss was bothering you so much, you could have consulted a Psychiatrist. All you needed was CBT therapy or some Xanax. Remember that; every bald man gets a woman life partner, and they conceive kids. Balding at a young age can be traumatic and can limit your option of having a girlfriend. But in the end, every man gets settled with a woman regardless of whether they had hair in their teenage or not. Hair loss has a negligible effect on our life in the long term.
