Ya at the beginning some spots get better some get worse. With enough time it syncs together.

I think wolfpack can attest to that

WTF should I do then?

Prog works the right and left side of hair line, and Bi-estro seems to work for the front center hairline.

Try taking both prog+bi-estro at same time?

I'm just worried that for some fucked up illogical reason, this will mess up both the right/left sides + center.

When i got more serious with E gel in the temples they receded a bit, i got scared and wondered if this is for me. But i stuck with it and the recession is growing back. Plus the stubborn hairs in the temples are getting longer.
I have a pink spot like bridge has and those tiny hairs are starting to cover it up

holy fudgeeeee I hate gyno, I swear I can't wait to get my glands removed, its insane how easy it is to get gyno. at my high school a solid 10-15% of guys probably have it from looking around. whenever my hair gets benefited, my tits ache harddddd. 1 month from now I'm gonna blast 200mg bicalutamide knowing I had the surgery and I won't get tits.
Whats your regimen?

I'm only on dutasteride 0.5mg right now and losing hair by the day. Whenever I use raloxifine it makes me lose a decent amount of hair, arimidex not so much. Im gonna get back on bicalutamide and use that in conjunction with dutasteride. the only issue is that I've used bicalutamide 2x before and both times I stopped balding, however, within 2 days my nipples became milky and once or twice there was a little fluid that leaked from them. Im very prone to gyno so I want to get my glands removed as soon as possible (have a consultation on Monday). Then I will use dutasteride 0.5mg, Bicalutamide 50mg, SARMs to prevent muscle loss/osteroporosis, LOW dose of cyproterone acetate, and arimidex to minimize feminization from AAs. right now I only have dutasteride, SARMs, and arimidex as well as raloxifine on me. I will have the Bica by the end of the week, cpa in 2 weeks from now.

hey everyone,

I recently got back from Maldives where I spent 9 days. and I was able to swim, I just wore a tight underarmor compression shirt under a hawaiin shirt and a light UV jacket to hide the boobs and protect my skin from the sun.. nobody suspected anything.

I thought that maybe I could never go to the beach anymore because of gyno. But I was wrong, I just can't take my shirt off. Its easy to say I swim with a shirt to avoid burning and needing to put sunscreen on so much area. So I am really grateful and happy now;

IMG_20190503_220904.jpg

But while I was there, I didn't take my usual crazy regimen. I only brought estradiol and oral minoxidil and took the minoxidil every other day.. I honestly don't think any testosterone returned. My nuts are shut down hard after nearly 2 years on HRT, I don't feel different on just E without AA. Hair continued to improve.
But just in case I am returning back to the crazy regimen now that I'm home..

Also, I remember there was some discussion and disagreement earlier about whether or not estrogen makes skin darker or lighter. I don't know if it is the cause but I got a bunch of freckles that weren't there before. During the very beginning of the trip I actually had put on lots of sunscreen and went snorkelling for 2 hours and my face did not get burned at all but still I came back with new freckles!! which is weird cause anytime I ever got freckles in the past was after a burn.. I don't kkow if its the hormones, but maybe estrogen makes more freckles or darkness IF exposed to UV light but makes people lighter if not exposed enough. explaining the mtf before and after pics looking lighter yet that one study saying it makes more melanin..

how long does it take for cyproterone acetate to sterilize someone? I'm looking forward to that side effect :):). No way I'm gonna pass on my genes lol, the kid would end up shooting a school or himself out of depression from balding in middle school/high school. I would rather adopt a child to be honest. I refuse to pass on my genetics.

Insomnia is a side effect for all anti androgens. I had it from cypro. I suggest you switch to cypro. 400 mg of spironolactone is not safe.

Emotions have definitely been messing with me lately. My job has been stressing me out and I'm still depressed over a girl and just the feeling that my life is going nowhere. So your right I can't blame it all on meds. I need to fix my negative state of mind. I read somewhere recently that you should never say something to yourself that you wouldn't say to someone else. I know I'm too hard on myself. I bought a book recently called the power of now by Eckhart Tolle that I still haven't read but he talks about how most people create their own pain and tourture themselves with their repetitive negative thoughts. I know I have this problem and I have to work on it.

And I have found intermittent fasting helps as well. I often will go 12 to 14 hours without eating. It really works.
Did you stop taking Cypro? Usually, transgenders do not complain about insomnia while on anti-androgen.

Generally T thickens skin while E thins it. I think it's why freckles we had on our face as adolescence disappear into adult hood as T rises.

Did those freckles fade or disappear after a few days out of the sun?

After almost 2 weeks of no meds I can feel the testosterone seeping back into my body and it feels good. I've started getting random erections again and I finally had morning wood. I'm finally starting to feel like myself again. It's hard to explain but I just feel like a man again. I feel more confident and positive. I can feel my ambition return and there are things I want to accomplish again. I feel like I can handle stress much better. This is the first morning in months that I didn't feel stressed about going in to work. Estrogen has negative mental effects on me for sure. I think the estrogen makes me overly sensitive to my and everyone's emotions around me. It makes me worry more. I can feel that masculine I don't give a f*** attitude coming back and I love it. I don't have time to look it up but I remember reading a study that said women worry more and have more negative thoughts throughout the day and I have found that to be true. The e changes you mentally so slowly you won't realize it's happening until you come off and remember what you used to feel like. I know some people like bridge say they feel better on e so don't take my experience for everyone's.

This stage is important to monitor your hair quality - is T good for a short time but not a long time?

Your hair quality may improve in the short term as T gives it a further boost, but then might start to deteriorate in the medium to long term.
Do this in the name of science brah, take one for the team.

Lol sure I'll take one for the team. So far though I have already noticed a small increase of my hair shedding. I have a feeling that testosterone at any time will be bad for hair.

Might just be placebo effect so far, just think positive and visualize quality heads of hair on your head

U are gonna start balding again. T is the male sex hormone that causes men to grow hair in the wrong places and to lose it in the right places. T plays a larger role in hairloss than DHT. It’s 20x more abundant of an androgen. That’s why u see people on finasteride grow like 2hairs in a year while trans regimen s regain 4-5 norwoods in a few months.

Might depend on genetic make up, here is a female to male transition using T

I have no respect for anyone that transitions to male, all thats gonna happen is you will go bald, get leathery skin, want to molest everyone of the opposite sex no matter how ugly they are (all because of testosterone).

Your retarded.
