Also I've been on 100mg Bicalutamide and 20mg Tamoxifen for the last 2 days, I'm planning on doing 100mg Bica for another 8 days (10 days total) and then doing 50mg ED after. Its funny how last time I used bicalutamide I got milky nips on the 2nd day of 50mg Bica but with Tamoxifen that hasn't happened and I'm using double the dose, hopefully it continues working :(

You say that you use 400 mg of spironolankton. He did not help at all or was there any progress? I know that Indian cuisine is famous for its very large amount of carbohydrates. Maybe you should cut them? They are enemies of hair!
Taking large doses of hormonal drugs than prescribed by a doctor is not the best way to speed up the process of change. On the contrary, higher dosages can slow down the process: increased levels of estrogen in the blood include the enzyme that converts it into testosterone, which is called aromatase. That is, after an increase in estrogen in your blood to a certain limit (individual) level, undesirable testosterone will also increase.

Just thought of this, but though I'd post it here as some advice for people trying to decide between Bica or Cypro monotherapy for hair growth, Bica results in high levels on testosterone which will get converted to estradiol in the scalp by aromatase whereas cypro will significanltly lower T levels and result in lower E2 in the scalp.

If you are looking for regrowth without using estradiol I'd rec bica over cypro. Also cypro is a partial AR agonist unlike bica and if you have very aggressive hairloss it can also lead to hairloss just like androgens

interesting. There is logic in it. But the thing is that some people simply do not have aromatase and no drugs can increase it. in this case, probably one way out. CPA and E. That is why bika does not help everyone. What do you think about it?

I want to use 10mg CPA to offset the increase in T from Bicalutamide, I ordered it anyways.

[/ QUOTE]

I take 0.5 mg cypro and 1 mg estradiol valerate, day 7, took it in the morning and evening for such a dose, there were no nipples, when I switched to 1 time in the morning, the nipples got in. Apparently 2 mg of estradiol valerate part turned into testosterone, so there were no nipples .2 day one-day intake per day nipples appeared.

is it true that bicalutamide makes u transgender? I'm fine with some feminization but considering I'm taking Aromatase inhibitors and I'm getting gland removal surgery, will I still become a woman?

You won’t have significant feminisation. From my experience, the facial feminisation isn’t noticeable at all; my cheekbone hollows just became more prominent. And my face looks more proportionate now there’s more fat on my cheeks (one side of my face was slightly more ‘sunken in’ compared to the other side and it has fixed now).

be careful. Re-read the forum. everything is written here. No time to explain everything. and do not self-medicate. Do not exceed the dose of androkur above 12 mg. and etsradiol not more than 2 mg.

I will experiment with doses. Now I am on a dose of 0.5 cypro and 1 mg estradiol. My nipples are swollen. Apparently, I need to change the dose by 1-2.50mg cypro and 0.5mg estradiol.

I agree with you, practically we all do not have aromatase enough and Bica can plays wicked joke with you, hair loss will be increased

I don’t think hair loss can be increased on bicalutamide. I have not seen cases of that, besides people who suffer from hyperandrogenicity which can happen with any anti-androgen. I think bicalutamide combined with estrogen would be highly effective.

By the way, only with CPA will not case hyperandrogenicity.

I am going to start using bicalutamide soon; I have placed an order. Spironolactone has been giving me bizarre side effects such as nausea, dizziness and tiredness which is making my depression worse. Since it’s a diuretic, I don’t think there is enough water in my bowels which is making my ‘brown logs’ hard to pass without a significant amount of blood... I have been given lactulose for that, but lactulose made my nausea unbearable.

I am on estradiol, however I wouldn't use CPA because of the depression side effect. I am more prone to worsening of depression with medications, it happened with isotretinoin; it made me constantly suicidal, and that side effect lasted months after I stopped.

I don't take CPA. I never have.

I currently take spironolactone, and will be switching to bicalutamide.

In the future, my regimen should be:
- Bicalutamide, 25MG/day
- Spironolactone, 50MG/day
- Estradiol, 2MG/day
- Oral Minoxidil, 1.25MG/day
- Dutasteride, 0.5MG/day

(I'm not sure about the oral minoxidil yet. If I decide not to take that, I will also cut out the spironolactone since its purpose is to cancel out the potential water retention)

Have you ever taken cypro? And you report depression?
