If 400MG of spironolactone isn’t working for you, then why are you using it? You have been complaining about your dosage and lack of results for so long yet you don’t think to modify your regimen. Instead of telling us that we deserve to go bald, go and spend time thinking about why your regimen is not working for you...

Bicalutamide can compete with testosterone but with DHT its not really efficient. So be careful, if you take Bica your testosterone level will increase and thus your DHT. And you would need very high dose of Bica to make DHT “inactive”.
Lower testosterone is a better option.
But if you use Bica for some time your testosterone should be lowered I think, depends on the dose you take.

A lot of trans mtf take it + estradiol with no problem. Sometimes I think I’m the only exception.
You shouldn’t worry too much about that with you take estradiol.

I think the best way - CPA+Estro+Duta or finasteride, of course result depend from dose. If you have aggressive alopecia you have to take high dosage, if you have a lot of hair, but see some regress, take small dose. Other drugs also works, like spironolactone or bicalutamide, but how showed as Brige, CPA+Estro the best way. No pain - no gain, the most important - no high damage your health.
