I reread this thread over the weekend so I'm not asking questions that have already been asked - I recall you mentioned in Aug you are coming home to visit your folks, and this is after all the hair growth. Are you going to video record their jaw dropping reaction? What if they ask questions about the gyno?

It could be your endocrine system going haywire by switching up your regimen all the time, not to mention your hormones are not getting a chance to settle. This is what I'm hoping is my problem and am sitting comfortably on 25mg Cyproterone, 1mg finasteride and 5mg oral minoxidil.

stop the 4mg Estradiol oral -> the liver is
metabolization it completly to Estrone (E1) - this is bad..your prolactine and E1 is increasing and fight against your E2 (whitch ist good for healthy hair-grow and a good feeling in your body)
prolactine is increase the count of your androgen receptor and estrone is not supporting your cells in the scalp to downgrade the androgen-receptor

So one thing I'm confused about is if I take estriol will that diminish the amount of estradiol that would be produced by my body due to the spironolactone im taking? Will the estriol fight the estradiol? I dont know if I should take more estriol or less.
Bridgeburn do you have any theories about this? Ive heard some people say that estriol and estradiol fight eachother because we only have so many estrogen receptors.

Why don't you just take an anti androgen? Its easier to predict rather than messing around with E1 and E2 levels.

Only 3 weeks, im still shedding hair at the same rate I was before.

Its still way too early to make any conclusion. Don't add in Estriol. Give spironolactone at least 6 months first.

It's been a year since I've seen them. With my luck they might not even notice lol. Or not remember how bad it was or just think my hair is longer. I doubt they will realize the gyno, I still live a normal life without people noticing. except that one guy in class who asked me if I had been working out because my chest looked big.

estriol binds to the same receptors so there would be a bit competition. But thats kinda the reason to take it, for less sides through ERa.
